It has been 14 days and i still havent received the package. Not only that, but i received a message telling that there has been a unsuccesful delivery one particular day that everyone was at home! unacceptable!

Η μεταφορική εταιρεία που διαχειρίζεται τις αποστολές είναι πρώτον πολύ αργή και το κυριότερο δεν παρέδωσε το προϊόν με αποτέλεσμα να ταλαιπωρούμαστε με συμπλήρωση της φόρμας για απωλεσθέντα και μη παράδοση ! Επίσης καμμία ενημέρωση για χρόνο παράδοσης ! Δεν θα ξαναγοράσω προϊόντα από vidaxl και δεν το συνιστώ

Professional Customer Service
I was not satisfied by the product so I made a request to return it. The customer support team assisted very quickly and even proceeded the refund without the obligation to return the item.
Mrs. Marina who assisted me from customer care team even called me and talked to me in my language, Greek! This was really helpful and appreciated. Excellent service. Well done!

Επειδή μου απαντήσατε πως προσπαθήσατε να επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μου τηλεφωνικώς, σας απαντώ πως δεν δέχθηκα κανένα τηλεφώνημα και καμία ενημέρωση από εσάς ούτε και από την μεταφορική εταιρία. The Christina’s tree is really beautiful. I ordered a 1,80 cm snowed slim tree, it arrived as expected in a good price. The only downfall was the fact that arrived a bit late, which might be courier’s fault. Overall a good experience
