I was cold called by this company on…
I was cold called by this company on the 27th March.I thought I was renewing my contract with O2, I wasn't. I phoned up to complain when I found out I had been scammed and said , in no uncertain terms that I did not want a contract with them. I heard no more from them, they did not cancel my contract and today I have found out that, despite my cancelling the direct debit they have just taken money from my account.

Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company - called pretending to be from 02 to arrange a new phone contract using stolen data. Repeatedly tried to set up fraudulent direct debits despite contacting the bank to cancel this. Action required from fraud team and had been logged with the police.

Requesting to provide more information so that your details can be located. We would request you to check with your bank as well to find the name of the company how tried setting up Direct Debit on your bank account.
