Bought a clothes airer through Argos, good product but the legs broke after 6 months. Addis promptly honoured the 3year warranty when contacted, and posted an upgraded replacement within days.
Cheap Chinese tat that basically every other company does better. Make sure you keep your receipt to claim on your guarantee because in your two year guarantee for a spray mop you'll probably need at... Voir plus

Cover Practicality
The cover is a good size and length to fit the large Addis Easi-lift 50m 4 arm rotary airer, it’s strong and well shaped.
However, the zip arrangement seems the wrong way around and far from practical to use, bottom to top operation, would be better top to bottom and so easier to zip up. Getting used to it more now.

Addis makes better quality kitchen…
Addis makes better quality kitchen utensils - you get what you pay for. I found it easy to order the items I wanted (not everywhere stocks Addis, you often find cheap alternatives that really don't do the job and don't last). Dispatch and delivery was very prompt and the items were exactly what I wanted. Very pleased.

Excellent product and customer service
We put in an order for some seal tight containers and one of them had a damaged lid. This may have happened in transit since the box looked as though it had been crushed.
Customer service was brilliant - a replacement container arrived within two days of me contacting them.

This is the bin you've been looking for
I've previously owned the same bin, but after 8 years in a boiling hot kitchen it finally started to look a bit tatty. Ordering an identical replacement direct from Addis was a breeze, super fast delivery and the bin arrived safe and sound with a friendly delivery driver. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Addis again.

Pefect recycled washing up bowl
I ordered a washing up bowl (made from recycled plastic) and was sent the wrong one. The nice lady I spoke to at Addis quickly resolved this for me and I was happy with everything apart from this.
The bowl is perfect, just the right size and well designed with handles.
I am very impressed that Addis produce a range of items made from recycled plastic which cost no more than the "standard" items. It would be great if the range could be expanded to include items in different colours.

I bought an Addis Ironing Board believing the extra price I was paying was going to be reflected in the quality. Addis also claimed a ten year guarantee. I was wrong not only was the ironing board sub-standard - it fell apart after only minimal use. The ironing board collapsed while I was ironing and fell on my toes. Fortunately the hot iron which also fell did not cause any damage either to me or the floor covering. I was in a lot of pain and agony for weeks after. When I complained ADDIS did not feel my experience necessitated a complaint. ADDIS are useless and do not honour their guarantee. Most disappointed - I will never purchase an ADDIS product again and urge all you prospective purchasers not to do so either.

I am sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the product and service received. We take all feedback and complaints seriously.
As stated on the packaging of our items, the guarantee requires proof of purchase to be validated, at which point we will always honour the guarantee. Like most retailers and manufacturers, without proof of purchase we are unable to validate your guarantee.
I can see that we have not received a response from you after our latest reply where we have stated that we need your proof of purchase so that we can check which board you have, because the photos sent did not match any of the boards currently in stock on our website and you requested information on how long the board has been on the market for.
Taking a closer look, I believe that the board is the Traditional Ironing Board which was being produced and sold prior to 2014 so we do require your proof of purchase to validate your guarantee.

I’d been looking for a washing basket for ages and didn’t want to pay over £20 for something that didn’t look like it would last long. I remembered Addis as a name and went on their website. From easy order to quick delivery, everything went smoothly and I got the perfect washing basket that looks like it will last years!
