Bought two blinds around 6 months ago…
Bought two blinds around 6 months ago with added pelmet fitted as per instructions. Then one night one fell completely away from the brackets. Turns out two out of the three bracket snapped completely at the end the blinds with the pelmet too heavy for the blinds weight. I emailed with pictures asking for some help with new brackets, not even one reply. This is a bad design do not order I was lucky that it only gave a tiny chip on my glass splash back if it had broken my electric hob I would have had to claim on the insurance.

Great service from start to finish. Easy to order, plenty of email communication, customer support helpful and replied to my email quickly, delivered on time, friendly & helpful delivery driver, product seems fine, even though it’s not installed yet. Overall, perfect service.
terrible service
Really terrible service from this company, with even worse customer service and staff. My order had multiple issues with it and the staff were rude and dismissive when i tried to resolve them. There's a reason the prices are so cheap and it's not worth the risk of ordering from them. Never again.
Do not use this company
I ordered two blinds on 05/09/2025 and haven't received them nor any communication from the company. I have decided to go through my bank to get my money back having looked on here at other reviews. Is this company a scam?
Ordered and paid for blinds
Ordered and paid for blinds, 3 weeks later no blinds and no answer on phone or from numerous emails, had to go through my bank to reclaim my money.
Awful brackets to attach
I like the quality of the blinds but the clips/brackets they sent to attach them are terrible. Springs fell out and 1 was misshapen so couldn't be fitted. I have tried to contact customer service numerous times (by phone and email) with no response.

I can't rate Blinds 4 UK enough !!!!
I've just taken delivery of a second blind from them, the first of which I ordered in August 2022 for one of my conservatory windows and it's still going strong. Both blinds are almost 3 meters long and I expected the first one to show some signs of wear and tear by now but it's still working like it did from new and looks just as good. With it being such a long blind, I expected it to start bowing in the middle but it hasn't at all.
I've just moved my home office from upstairs to the conservatory and realised that I needed another blind for an adjacent window due to the brightness when the sun shines and I didn't hesitate to use Blinds 4 UK again. I expected a huge increase in price since my 2022 order but they were still very, very reasonable. I placed my order on the 30th July and delivery was today, the 7th August. I fitted the blind without any issues, it came with in-depth instructions (and screws) and was easy to install.
Such a fantastic service all round !!!! :-)

The website and ordering system seems great but my cynical self was aroused by no availability for credit card payments and instead asking for bank transfer (therefore no Consumer Credit Act protection) so I looked at Trustpilot and found all the negative reviews- obviously didn’t order! Telephoned and it went to voicemail

TOTAL RIP OFF COMPANY - DO NOT USE.
I recently bought some blinds from this company, clearly specified the size of of the blinds, which may i add is for my newborns room. They sent the wrong size then also asked me to jump through hoops to get a refund or a replacement with the correct measurements. Then totally blanked my emails.
This company has literally no thoughts about its customers. Quick to take your money and promise quality product but it is a load of b******t.
Now I am at a stage that I do not even want to communicate with the company, or want a replacement, I simply want a refund out of principle. As I have since had to go to a more reputable company to get some proper bespoke fitted blinds. So my advice to everyone who looks at this review - stay clear of this company!!!!!
ORDER NUMBER 340438 - give me my refund for misleading me and miss selling my product.

Fabulous choice of blinds. Ours were made to measure at an unbelievable price and they arrived within 14 days!
Great service.
I managed to lose the brackets for a roller blind. I phoned Bits 4 Blinds and, after a quick chat, they told me what I wanted. I ordered and had the correct bits two days later.
And the price was right.
Very highly recommended.

Do NOT Oder from this company!! Once they have your money they don’t care if you have nothing at the windows. The blinds are made abroad NOT in the uk. The site will give you a timeframe and the blinds DO NOT arrive within that time. The person on the phone is very rude and told us NO REFUND!! It’s been three weeks this Friday and they told me FEBRUARY 28th!
A lot of these reviews are FAKE!! I have spoken to MARTIN LEWIS and he is very intereste. We will not stop until we expose this HOPELESS company. PLEASE AVOID!!

This company wants to charge £65…
This company wants to charge £65 package and postage, because I live in the Highlands. When I questioned this with them they said it was because I didn't live on the Mainland! They need to look at a map of the UK as Inverness is definitely on the mainland.Yet another company who say they serve the UK but penalise anyone who lives far north.

Excellent customer service
It was very quick and easy to get through to customer service - and speak to an actual human - which is rare these days. Mary was really helpful. I thought I needed replacement blinds but turns out I only needed to replace the stabilisers, which they ended up giving to me free of charge as they had a spare in the office. It arrived really quickly too - thank you very much. I've had my blinds for 4 years now and still in very good condition.
Blinds4UK: Venetian Blind Review.
Nothing Short of Utter Delight, I know strong praise, however utterly deserved.
‘Flash to bang time’ (order to delivery) was not exactly Amazon Prime like, still, it was not unreasonable either.
The blinds came exactly as advertised and ordered. They were well made, packed, supplied with clear instructions and fitting clips.
One can see mentioned in some reviews that screws, etc, are not included. To that spurious remark I would say in defence of Blinds4UK, their crystal ball probably started to malfunction due to the Chinese virus epidemic. Therefore, it is now impossible for them to know what fixings individual customers require. Likewise, the customers crystal ball malfunction means that they have to wait until delivery before knowing what appropriate fixings they will need. However, most accomplished DIY’s would have anticipated what fixings are appropriate for their particular situation and if necessary prepare not to fail, or, moan about what is in fact their own shortcomings.
To summarise; it actually took me longer to unpack then inspect the blinds, collect the tools and appropriate screws from my garage, peruse the instructions than it did to actually install all three blinds.
