Disappointing Company would not recommend!
If you have a TruCall nusiance call blocker this device will not work although they will tell you it will and then withhold £40 from your money! In the end I had to get my bank to step in and get a refund. Would definitely not recommend, they may be cheaper than others but their customer service is very disappointing if you have a problem!
Reply from Careline and they are still not listening, you were fully informed it was a standalone box and you still refuse to take any responsibility for your error!

First of all, it is not a system built into the line we can operate with - there is a box plugged into the telephone line that is incompatible with our unit as it controls the line.
Secondly, please, be advised that we work with call guardian systems and other like-for-like services as they are integrated into the line itself. Therefore, we would tell you we cannot supply you with the service if we knew about a physical piece of equipment.
We provide the service to 1000's of users who use a call guardian systems and do not have any issues. Sadly, we cannot explain why the TruCall set up in your home would not work.
We hope that helps and you can find a suitable alternative.

Very pleased!
Not had Careline24 fall alarm long but pleased so far. It arrived quickly & set up was simple. The wristband looks like my daughters fitness tracker. I have sensitive skin but find it comfortable & unobtrusive. I knocked the fall alarm by accident & a v kind voice called out to check all was well. It allows me to continue to be independent & keeps my family happy.

Does not do what it claims to do
we have used this fall alert for a year without success. Mum managed to activate the alert several times whilst just sitting in the chair, but on 3 separate occasions it did not detect a fall and she was unable to raise help so spent hours on the floor. The company also wrote to one of her emergency contacts with details about her account. I consider we wasted our money as this did not give us piece of mind.
We will not be renewing the contract

We are sorry to hear that you had issues with the product and it didn't give you a piece of mind.
While every effort is made to ensure that your equipment works as it should, in some rare cases, the fall sensor may not be triggered by a fall due to the fall's impact. We understand that purchasing a device such as a fall sensor brings with it an element of trust that a device will trigger in the event of a fall. Because of this, we give clear guidance on the aspects of the fall, required to create an automatic trigger. However, we also agree that sadly not every fall or situation can be picked up by the technology, which like any piece of equipment is not infallible.
We advise our customers to let us know if there are any worries or discrepancies regarding the equipment. Our customer service team would have happily helped advise and in some instances replace any equipment, should this be necessary.
We hope you can find a suitable alternative.

I never understand this section. If one writes details why do you need a title!! ,

Happy now but initially not so.
Happy now but on receipt of the equipment the landline "splitter"connector was faulty,luckily I realised on attempting to set up the alarm.It displayed "check landline",a call to the company and a replacement was sent out .This was an inconvenience as I live an hour and a half drive from my parent's house and due to their condition they needed me there to install the alarm.
So ,things like this can happen and everything is now OK but initially I was dissapointed that such an important piece of the set up was delivered faulty and feel that for old people on their own.this would be an unnecessary worry.Hence the 4 stars ,shame really as its let the company down.

Peace of mind combined with easy setup
Just brilliant, explained the needs, they talked us through the packages. Alarm etc received very quickly, very very easy to setup and install. Has been a huge confidence/ safety boost for my parents
