Delivery
Delivery, service and people all great. Trying to complete your forms on line is not as clear and concise as it could be.
It took me a while to gather the necessary personal information together, maybe I was timed out. Disappointed to get an email a few days later to say I had not complete this information and my order would be on hold until completed. It had picked up the bank information successfully. A clear indication that each section had been completed fully, would have helped.

Initial service has been excellent
Mum’s Careline arrived yesterday and I found it very easy to set up and install. Mum (who is almost 96 and registered blind) was a bit hesitant at first, but after the test call with a very friendly sounding advisor, she’s fine with it now. I rang Careline back today, to update them with contact numbers and to let them know that the free key safe was not included in the package, and was again greeted by a very friendly advisor, who sorted everything - no problem. Although mum and I are very new to Careline, I would say that the unit and pendant look very well made and telephone contact so far has been excellent. Thank you.

Received very promptly. I found it easy to sort out and asked a neighbour to fit our key box up. Test was easy. Fortunately haven’t had to use the service yet

Seems like a good piece of equipment, easy to contact manufacturer, very helpful on the phone offering technical info and advice. Prompt delivery and very easy to install and set up. When tested, operator was very helpful and polite, very pleased and satisfied, thanks.

Easy process

Such friendly and helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them answering my queries and instalation was so simple only took 5 minutes and all was set up.

How effective Careline24 seems to be.
We recently bought Careline24 and not had to use it yet but this morning my husband just tapped his knee and immediately a member of Careline24 asked if he had fallen because the equipment is so sensitive it picked up his movement.

Ordered the catalog, which came very quick; I phoned to ask a few questions, which were answered, the person I spoke to was very polite.
The order came the next day, setting up was easy.
