We ordered a pendant alarm plan for my father in law from careline 24 and it came the next day and was so easy to set up , now we can rest assured that if he feels unwell he will get the help he needs as soon as possible and was so reasonably priced .

I haven't used the alarm in an…
I haven't used the alarm in an emergency as yet but the set up instructions were easy to follow. The test was successful, infarct a few days later, unknowingly my wrist sensor set the alarm off and the staff answering were so pleasant. For peace of mind I'm so pleased I have it and that it is answered immediately.

A reassuring necessity
I would just like to say a big thank you to Caroline 24 for your excellent service. I got your sensor watch for my grandma who was a little reluctant. When it’s been triggered by mistake your staff have always been reassuring to her. Last weekend she had a fall, your service kicked into action and one of your staff Zoe called the necessary people. The neighbour was instantly contacted and within minutes she was inside and an ambulance called. Zoe continued to ring to ensure my grandma was ok. Your service was first class, thank you.

Refund
Quick to dispatch and take the money however when a refund is due it can take 28 days and then it’s refunded by cheque, they received the items back on 1st June, I know it’s been received and have spoken to them twice after being told I would receive my refund within a few days after the quarantine of 72 hours was over. Then told the above when I phoned to say I hadn’t had it. Still not even received an email to say they are processing the refund, which is what it says you will get. We shall see what the 28th June brings

I completely appreciate how frustrating it can be to wait for a refund!
As you know from the letter we sent you, we typically say it can take up to 28 days for a refund to be processed. While we try our hardest to speed this up, COVID-19 restrictions are slowing this down a little bit at the moment unfortunately.
In your particular case, I’m pleased to tell you that we popped your cheque in the post yesterday, so it should be with you very soon 😊
On a wider note, thank you for bringing our attention to the notification you received after returning the equipment. We’re certainly going to take a look at improving this for the future.
Be sure to look out for your cheque in the post in the next few days, and should you have any further concerns please do not hesitate to give us a call.
