Great service. From ordering via the telephone to set up and testing was just 2 days. Easy to set up and connect. Gives me great peace of mind.

Helpful, but.........

We have rectified this with her but checks before the alarms are sent out need to be more thorough it seems.

I can completely see why this might put some doubts in your Mum's head. I can assure you that this isn't a common occurrence and unfortunately was just human error. The service was quick and easy
The service was quick and easy, the kit arrived next day and was straight forward to install.
If I had one criticism it would be that the initial registration process was a little long-winded with some duplicate questions

I purchased a standard careline kit for my elderly mothery. I am very pleased with the service. The application forms were clear and straight forward to complete. The price is competative and the delivery prompt. The unit was easy to set up with clear instructions and the initial test call without issues. I feel reasured now that Mum is safe on her own at home.
