The heating oil arrived on time and catered for with a smaller delivery vehicle as was needed. Efficiently filled the tank & payment side went smoothly. Also a competitive price. Very good!

Works for me. Service is good and staff friendly
Service is good and staff friendly. Only niggle this time is that the delivery was made a day later than agreed, however, the company did apologise for not letting me know in advance they were re-scheduling. Although aware of options, I do like to be at home when there is a delivery.

Contacted certas energy today and spoke with an operator (Abu), helped me with placing an order for my heating oil , Abu was very professional and knowledgeable and dealt with my enquiry very efficiently so I placed my order for heating oil , delivery In about 10 days .

Very good would reckmend
Very good set up account with them . Ask for a delivery day Due to work commitments they said yes ok ,but then had to ring 3 times as they was trying to deliver but i was at work . Finally got the day i wanted , and the driver very nice to chat too thank you.
