I have never use Certas before but…
I have never use Certas before but found their prices and discount voucher great value for money at a time when my regular oil supplier was only interested in hiking the price.

Do not use this lying thieving company
Singularly the most disgusting customer service you will ever experience. We paid a premium to have our oil delivered early and it arrived a week late causing us to have to go and stay with friends because we had no hot water, with a baby and other children that’s not workable. They refused to help, have still failed to get back in touch with us and we will never ever use their services again. Did I mention their contact centre staff tell lies?

Poor customer service and pricing
Poor customer service and pricing. We did a quote online and it gave a price that said it was guaranteed till 23.59. It also gave free premium upgrade for new customers. We tried to accept quote but the price had increased on same day. So we rang them - they wouldn’t accept the quote and wouldn’t give the free upgrade. More profiteering from heating oil suppliers.
