Great service from Emily
Just had a really long conversation with Emily Hodgson at Certas Energy who was able to beat a price match I’d given her. She was very professional and extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help as I was trying to work out the best oil quantities etc for my elderly mum. Certas Energy are lucky to have her, she was great and gave me all the time I needed to feel happy with what we agreed.

Always an excellent service
It was so quick and easy to get a quote, the cheapest I could find, with various dates to choose from.
Delivery was by a really pleasant person, who took care of my property (not easy with a narrow alley and a car in place). I have used Certas in the past and cannot fault them (yet!)

Communication from the office was poor…
Communication from the office was poor - we had a delivery cancelled and it turned up unannounced the following day. Would have been good to know when it was due.
Driver was excellent - courteous and professional.

You already have most of the funds .
Every time I have to say I would like the best price, this is the online price.
Being told I can't have it at that price.
I have to threaten to close my account.
