Communication from the office was poor…
Communication from the office was poor - we had a delivery cancelled and it turned up unannounced the following day. Would have been good to know when it was due.
Driver was excellent - courteous and professional.

I shouldn't have to debate with your call handlers. I'm a long standing client who pays monthly.
You already have most of the funds .
Every time I have to say I would like the best price, this is the online price.
Being told I can't have it at that price.
I have to threaten to close my account.

Ordering was straightforward. Then I hear nothing for 15 days. 2 phone calls from me and the oil was delivered next day . Got to do better than that.

I've used Certas a number of times.
I've used Certas through Value Fuels a number of times and found the experience smooth and efficient, it was good this time to be able to choose the actual delivery day to suit me, although as they say there was no need to actually be in.

Service is great shame about the price
Placing the order and the delivery are excellent, just a shame about the price. I got a quote, phoned back 3 days later to order and the price had gone up by £75 pounds.

The automatic security gatekeeper was slow and cumbersome. An irritating waste of time.
However, when a real person is allowed to respond - post the bot hassle- she (Chelsea) was very efficient, professional and charming.
