County Broadband Avis 

Often loose service. Just told we have to wait which can often be 24hrs plus. Appalling service, hugely regret ever signing up.

Had my renewal through and contacted CB who have given me a great renewal deal.
Very helpful professional lady talked me through everything and made it very easy.

County Broadband’s initial public presentation was excellent. That’s all I have to go on since we don’t have any FTTP several years later. I guess we’re not an economic proposition which is a bit disappointing. Oh well, the presentation was first class.

From the initial visit to determine the problem to Dane &Bruno trekking over from Colchester to get us back on line.. all work complete in 6 hrs

There was confusion regarding my service renewal. CB reviewed the process and admitted to fault on their side. They quickly remedied the error and also gave me a free battery backup unit as compensation. I was impressed by their service.

This ISP is superb. Our internet rarely goes down and if it does there is always notification on their web site. If you do need to call you get a real person too !
They are the only provider I can find who offer a high upload speed to match your download too as others only offer up to 100mb. Mine is 300 up and down! This makes a huge difference with gaming and I really notice the speed difference when I work from the office compared to home on web based data bases….so much quicker at home. I’m not looking to leave County Broadband for any reason!

Their representative, Harry, called at my property and explained everything clearly and confidently. There was no hard sell whatsoever. After consideration I went with County as the speeds were much higher than my present supplier and slightly cheaper.
I was kept up to date throughout the process and the broadband went live today. All the operatives were very good and in particular Kevin (who carried out the inside work) was excellent. A tidy worker and very helpful. Obviously it is early days yet but they were all so pleasant, it made a refreshing change.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Donna Dixon who managed to sorted out the issues I had with County Broadband. Her straightforwardness and outstanding customer services is the only reason why I decided to remain with the service for the next two years. Thank you
