County Broadband Avis 

Our experience was excellent due to the friendly and professional conversation and advice given by both Scott and Donna on 18th August which led us to renew our County Broadband contract. County Broadband is to be congratulated on having staff members of this calibre who were able to steer us non-tech savvy senior citizens through the process in a calm and relaxed manner. We cannot say enough for their patience as well as their knowledge. It was a pleasure to speak with them.

Sean arrived around sometime after midday and set up our new Country Broadband service.

He was quick, neat & tidy, and very friendly. Explained everything clearly and concisely and ensured our connection was stable before leaving.

First experience of Country Broadband and so very impressed. Had an engineer by the name of Reece. Drew really good, friendly and helpful, left us with fully working broadband oh and by the way that is fantastic to!

Annoying that I decided to change my Ring WiFi connection from 2.4 to 5g thinking it would be better, but it stopped it working completely 😡
After several failed attempt's to reconnect I contacted County broadband support. It wasn’t long before Lex had sorted out the issues and had my Ring device working perfectly again. Great service. Very relieved customer 😀

Just had Dane and Jamie install the over head fibre to my house. It was a great job done. No fuss and they hid the fibre so it wasn’t an eyesore.
Now waiting for the install into my house.

I knew trying to switch Broadband providers wouldn't be easy living in rural Norfolk, however hats off to County Broadband & their perseverance to get me connected!
From Scott the initial salesman, the Comms/Admin team, the lovely external dig guys & finally Sean Ablott for the final connection.
Every person I had dealings with were friendly, kind & courteous. My connection was not the easiest due to living in a rural area, underground cabling & poor housing contractor groundworks.
I now have the fastest broadband in the street (500Mbs) & at a cheaper cost than my previous broadband that continually dropped out/buffered. 😊

So far so good. We were with BT,max speed we had was 35mbps. Received a folder through door and decided to take the risk. Sean Ablott arrived for the installation. Very friendly and professional. Installation was very fast and cleam. I know have 867mbps…Cant believe it

Been using this provder for a couple of years, with good service levels throughout.Contract came up for renewal, and not the most competative for my area and requirements so decided to contact customer support to discuss. Was referred to Donna who listened to what I needed and was very helpfuly at proposing a renewal that matched my needs and will save me money over the future without any surprises or changes to supply.

Telephone answered very quickly. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Donna Scott and Anthony were very supportive and caring and I am so glad I switched to County Broadband.

I had no problems with the installation of County's broadband.
I now have a faster connection for around half the cost of my previous supplier.
My experience of the people involved including customer service was very good.
I can't think of anything negative to put into this review, however, only time will prove just how reliable the service is.

Just installed so too early to judge...but sean ablott was very accommodating when installing it....nice guy !

The lady Donna was very clear and understanding of our requirements.

Very happy from start to finish, our local sales rep Simon very informative to our installation engineer Sean Ablott who was also very informative and performed a very clean and tidy installation, only fault I would say is that I had no email or contact to inform me of the installation date/time, luckily I was working from home so no problem.

We lost Broadband and Phone at 2pm yesterday. It affected just our property, reported it by phone and email at 4pm and this morning I had a call offering an engineer at midday. Nathan Frampton arrived early and started the repair. It proved to be caused by a rodent which had chewed through the fibre cable, entering the duct at the house wall. Cable repaired and protection sleeve added, restoring full fibre and phone service by 1230. Very impressed by Nathan’s knowledge and repair skills. Tidy work, clear explanation of the issue and repair. Excellent speed of response thank you.

After being a bit disgruntled at being without connection for 4 days and thinking it might have been a mistake to switch, an engineer was sent out (Nathan Frampton) who quickly diagnosed that next door’s puppy had chewed through our Internet cable! I suppose county broadband can’t be blamed for that one! Thanks for the repair, our connection is back in working order. The only thing we would have liked is an engineer more quickly but appreciate that it isn’t always possible.

Easy on the phone to arrange. Competitive pricing. Initial contractors bringing the line to the house were fab. Reece Drew arrived today to complete the install. He was lovely and placed it neatly and quickly. Minus 1 star as it would be nice to know when people were turning up with a vague window.

The dig in was done in consultation with myself as I wanted a specific route and this was accommodated well. Sean Ablott arrived and performed a quality and clean installation of the router with no fuss. All was explained clearly.

Speaking to Donna at county broadband was so easy.

This company is so helpful and patient..Not being very good with technology ,l only had to email or ring and they've immediately been there to talk through things with me.. Cannot fault them at all, and would highly recommend them...a

Don’t ever get this company do any work the workmanship is shocking drilled hole in wall and blew out 5 bricks. So please check the outside of your house? Now I’m out of contract they don’t answer any emails for over a week shocking company would never recommend
