I can not say enough good things about my experience. Aaron from Dolphin Appliance care kept me well informed of when he would be arriving and was extremely polite and friendly. He explained everything that could be the issue and replaced parts and gave tips on how to keep the machine running smoothly.

Efficient service from Alfie.
Originally booked for Saturday, it then got cancelled. But due to a cancellation, we got a AM slot on Thursday. Our engineer Alfie Long was efficient, let us know our time slot and let us know when he's on the way. Washing machine fixed within minutes. A bit of water left on the floor, but nothing major.
Tenants are now very happy to have a working washing machine again.

Cannon Duo cooker repair
Spent nearly a whole day trying to find someone to repair our 20 year old sturdy workhorse gas cooker. So happy to at last found Dolphin Appliance Care. Great help and advice from reception lady on phone, engineer assessed issue promptly, new part ordered and second engineer spent some time adapting updated switch to fit our appliance. Fantastic service and a must for our contacts book!

Just had one of your repairmen…
Just had one of your repairmen arrive...tracked some black substance onto the entrance rug then further tracks on tile floor into kitchen. While taking pictures of fridge in kitchen and fiddling with phone procede's to cough on five occasions "sounding like a banshee" without any covering of mouth!
We are elderly and susceptible to this exposure, this is totally unacceptable!! all this before a fix as parts are needed for a two month old fridge! Last time I purchase from Curry's

Cleanliness and professionalism are standards we take extremely seriously. Our engineers are expected to work respectfully in customers’ homes and follow hygiene protocols at all times. We are concerned to hear your comments and will be reviewing this visit internally as a priority.
Regarding the repair itself, we understand how frustrating it is when parts are required on a relatively new appliance. Where manufacturer parts are needed, these must be sourced before a repair can be completed, but we appreciate that this can feel inconvenient.

SMEG report by Aaron
Second visit today from Aaron, the sixth in total over 18 months from Dolphin to try and fix our SMEG cooker.
On this occasion he was completing a report for SMEG explaining the cooker was not repairable.
Great guy, arrived on time, polite, and really helpful with tips for future cooker options when we go all electric in the future.
Fingers crossed SMEG accept his report. It means another SMEG cooker but hopefully a new one lasts a couple of years !

I had my tumble drier fixed today by Aaron. This was a return visit as the part needed wasn't available first time and both visits were spot on. I was informed of the time window, and arrival times beforehand. Aaron was polite, knowledgeable and thorough... even gave me tips on keeping another appliance running well. No complaints at all.

Aaron very pleasant and despite the challenges of the fix, took it on very patiently and with good humour.
Only negative of the experience was that we were told up front that the service fee covered everything except parts costs, including return visit, then when arranging the return visit to fit the part we were told there was a further charge applicable as it would take extra time. This is not a criticism of the engineer, just a disappointment that the extra charge was not mentioned up front.

Great customer experience
Thank you to Jermaine the engineer who visited me today (ref 102061). He swiftly unblocked my fridge freezer water drain (and left me something to use myself in the future) and then secured my dishwasher which had come loose and was moving each time the door was opened/closed. Arrived at the time indicated and issues dealt with courteously and professionally.

I could arrange my repair by speaking with a person (definite plus in my book) . Everything was organised well, I was kept in the loop and the repair itself quickly accomplished by a local engineer who was both pleasant and professional.
