Tony was very helpful in showing the car and explaining how things worked and spent time helping to set the interface up and helped in answering questions after I'd bought it. Very poor post sales
I can’t fault the pre sale expertise it was excellent however post sale has been dismal to say the least. Having picked up a brand new car on the Saturday the engine warning light came on after 24 hours. Car returned on the Monday and loan car provided. Transpires car needed a software update. No clue why it wasn’t done pre handover and took 8 days to get the car back. Two messages left with Sales Managers and MD but zero contact from them. Very poor after sales service. I wouldn’t go back to them

Deceptive rubbish
Deceptive rubbish. If I search for a car with a sunroof, I want to see what cars you have in stock with a sunroof. Not what you can get, what you might have, what you had yesterday or what you might have in stock in a month's time, I want to see what you have in stock right now. Stuffing your ads with keywords is deceptive and immediately raises questions regarding your business practices and ethics and therefore lands you on the "no" list before I've even been in touch. Well done.

Excellent Service
Excellent service from Rahim and the team at Walton Audi. Thank you ! I had lots of initial questions, which Rahim answered for me and once I found my ideal car the process was simple and quick. My new car is beautiful and lovely to drive - exactly what I wanted! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The team were professional, helpful, and genuinely kind when I had to delay collecting my car. Their thoughtfulness — including a beautiful bunch of flowers on the day — made the whole experience really special.

In all cases, I've had the best care & attention from being kept up to date when the vehicle had to be ordered from new to having the vehicle collected & returned when it needed servicing. The attention to detail I received from all the staff I met is what earned them the 5 star review.
