It appears that only certain…

It appears that only certain communities, especially Christians, are being targeted. Not talking about those atheist who were once upon a time Christians. Other communities seem to face no paperwork, grilling, investigations, or harassment. The DWP appears reluctant to scrutinize some groups, judging by their attire or names. Their certain favored groups have secured positions across civil service and non-civil service roles, who encourages favoritism, bias, and personal animosity within the system.

DWP on all accounts are absolutely full…

DWP on all accounts are absolutely full of it. My ESA questions I submitted and from my GP in Islington signed me off work then the DWP just ticked boxes. They say they employ health advisers and they just ask laborious q's. Is all they do is try to play games. Even with my PIP it was declined twice so I went to a tribunal and ripped the DWP apart. If it happens I'll do it again. How can they mess with people and affect their health? I document all info and have the ace of spades up my sleeve...

A complete group of thieves

A complete group of thieves, corrupt and repugnant, have established rigged policies designed to exploit individuals who have genuinely contributed to the system. When these individuals seek assistance, they complicate their lives and impose additional hardships!

They threaten claimants who have dedicated years to the system, and when they become disabled and unable to work, they exacerbate their difficulties and unlawfully seize their entitlements!

They are not providing any favors to individuals like myself, as I have dutifully paid my taxes for many years; yet, they continue to deprive me of the entitlements I rightfully deserve!

They implement fraudulent policies and are comprised of a group of privileged individuals who have never experienced the life I lead, dictating what I should receive and how I should live!

The Government and Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is the most fraudulent departments! Those at the top are compensated with hundreds of thousands in salaries and bonuses! They engage in discriminating, pedophilia, corruption, humiliating, and bullying, using media to brain wash the public. against those in need!
But they are the ones who wasting public money on the most stupid ideas to only benefit them and people above the government and control the money creation!

Moreover, they are a group of corrupt individuals who only assist their friends and those who financially support the government, effectively controlling the government!

People must wake up!

This department would send anyone…

This department would send anyone insane! I really can't believe they are allowed to get away with the way they treat clients, I feel like I am in a third world country! Mis information- isn't that illegal? As a client you can be procedures! But this department gets away with it! I sent all the information in requested for housing assistance benefit, ticked all the boxes, lead to believe I will be receiving the payment, only on the pay day to find out I wont be receiving it.
I received it in England under the same circumstances, I thought the rules were the same accross the board? In the meantime I am trying to find work and trying to settle in, this Govertment doesn't look after its people, sad state of affairs, just appalling. I really feel the system try's to break one and only cause mental stress. They try anything to avoid paying you with excuses, reasons that don't make sense. Oh well karma never forgets.

Long Waits, told false information I would get call backs , never get calls plus very very long waits to get through more insulting is you even get put on hold and then your call gets dis unacceptable

Long wait on the telephone listening to music. Then operative told me they could only accept Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) not Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPA).
I politely challenged her that this was not correct and she hung-up on me.
Totally unacceptable behaviour. The sooner they get replaced by computers the better

I spoke to CORRIE who was UNPROFESSIONAL.

I spoke to CORRIE who asked for last 4 numbers of bank account. I said I would supply the last 4 numbers from the IBAN. After supplying the numbers he said they did not match. I then supplied my bank account which he could not accept. He would not let me speak to someone senior as he said no one was available. While he was checking , he and his colleague were laughing in the background which I find very unprofessional. It was the usual story phone back later. The sooner REFORM gets into power and sorts out the MESS the Civil Service is in the better.

Positive interaction with the DWP thanks to Ruairí

I just had my first positive interaction with the DWP and wanted to shout about and give positive feedback to Ruairí (he wasn't allowed to give me his last name) so I hope there is not too many staff with this name. I'm going through a difficult time and calling the DWP on behalf of my mum is not the best situation to be in so having someone like Ruairí to help me with kindness patience and understanding was a breath of fresh air. I hope the DWP is reading this and rewards Ruairí for his efforts as they surely don't want to let him go as an employee

Stuart was not very nice

Stuart was not very nice, told me to stop talking over him when I was just trying to explain what I wanted to ask. I never ever received PIP- personal independent payment but once I applied for it and of course was refused. It still shows up somewhere where I don't want it to show up, especially when I don't get one single penny. Stuart, be patient with people, let's hear how you speak another language Stuart. Your customers Stuart are trying to focus on grammar, pronunciation and expressing their thoughts and it is you who is rudely interrupting them instead of SUPPORTING them Stuart.

Poor service on universal credit…

Poor service on universal credit nonpayment received as these unfair people deliberately changed the benefit assesment period and when I got paid from working part time where wage was outside the bap hence I should get UC payments they lied and said it falls into the assesment period when it does not this happened multiple months and they never paid ask for an RTI to correct the payment dates they refused and ignoring me . Daisy from handsworth office in Birmingham is a nasty piece of work asks for evidence and uses it against you don't upload anything to them . They also overrided my appeal with hm courts by delaying it for 5 months and then saying DWP have submitted a new mandatory reconsideration based on new evidence hence you go back to square one have to appeal again from scratch as previous appeal is finished even when it was listed for a tribunal hearing wasted years and the hm courts tribunal service also supports DWP. Same yellow papers as DWP all in on it. 99.99% of appeals are lost by claimants just one samll value claim they grant a few hundred pounds to make it look good the statement on the internet that 70 percent of claims are won is a lie . The UK court system is corrupt and will side with the government body and also for the employer these guys are scum. Remember therei s a saying 'every dog has it's day'. They owe mean 6 k but refusing to pay out as the case managers put the money in their pockets and give the family that is struggling nothing . Bad service. Beware if you appeal they won't even send us the bundle evidence pack and if there are delays in there response the hm courts legal officer extends there deadlines further and further . They missed multiple deadlines but hm courts allowed them more time . Also hm courts respond after months so they get more and more time to build there case.

Broken System. Gaslighters and psychological abusers who pull your strings and are the opposite of helpful.

Miserable, snooping, incompetent and cowardly representatives, who's whole job targets revolve around reducing the government's pathetic bill. I'm so sorry how regular payments from you pose such a burden - how its our fault for all you CLOWNS at the top who can't have proper leadership anymore for a single year and borrow and borrow.. Its a little amount for you, but A BIG AMOUNT for the people who need it.

Absolutely pathetic.

If you're disabled you are kicked to one side by the way.

A while back in the summer of 2025, the agent Olivia, from the Pembroke dock, was a absolute gaslighter and physiological abuser.

They kept trying to pull my strings getting me to reupload the same bank statements multiple times. They gave me curt responses in the 'Journal' saying I uploaded statements they 'couldn't make sense of'. Professionalism and its finest. I called them out on their behaviour, said it stops today. You do the same.

Shouldn't have to suffer physiological abuse from these clowns.
Call it out as soon as you get a single whiff of it - don't care about the consequences. Ignore the vague threats saying threatening messages won't be tolerated - you're just calling their behaviour out - they're the problem!. These clowns need to listen.

The Middlesborough department will also get on your back as well. They're now deducting what I get each month cause they deemed I was overpaid Universal Credit under a recent review (WHICH LASTED FOR OVER 1 YEAR)

They kept being snooping sacks of crap trying to ask what transactions were that I made getting coffee outside (that's illegal now, apparently) and wooden, equally snooping 'decision makers' who kept calling me up wouldn't pay my award 1 month because wfor what I'll say below, where I was scammed. They noticed the drop in my capital. THEY THOUGHT IT WAS ON PURPOSE. But I was scammed by a pathetic, pig-butchering lowlife who promised me finanicial returns.

I was also scammed (partly as i was doing MY BEST to get away from these miserable cowards)
And they couldn't have cared less.

If you complain to them, nothing will happen. They won't tell you or give you a final response complaint letter.

Updating your capital is the most tedious crap imaginable. You have to enter the last 4 digits of your bank accounts EVERY TIME you do this. Its absurd! It should be saved for next time. But its on purpose obviously, to get you to lose your mind. And if you claim other benefits too, this is where the total 'capital' you have ALSO GETS CONFUSING. No one explains things to you properly. No one knows anything!

I am doing my utmost best to break away from the chains of this abysmal department system and be independent from this pathetic system That's how I got scammed in the first place! So all you work coaches out there who rehash the same advice you can get in a textbook and don't care about the disabled, how do you sleep at night?!

No wonder everyone in Britain at the moment is angry with everything. Clowns at the top, less jobs, its utter chaos and bedlam. I'm doing my utmost best to get away from this broken system, and frankly, broken 'country'!

wow just wow

this is a review sent for a friend i know
well last year a friend i know made a claim for pip he was turned down
he had a brain tumor and was unable to work and was put on unpaid leave the pain in his head was so servere he was actualy pulling his hair out
he was on a waiting list for an op to remove this tumor
aprox a year before it was removed in september last year after removal he had a blead on his brain which resulted in a stroke rendering his whole left side unable to move he was discharged to his home where he could not get out and needs care in his home from carer visits 4 times a day and also with support from family and friends his claim for pip was lookied into again as it was still ongoing however he has now had his claim turned down AGAIN
and the words from the person making the decision for the dwp were because he was too nice on the phone
a mandatory reconsideration has been put in and also turned down
it has now been taken to the court of appeal
i mean really he can not walk
has carers coming in to get him up
he can not move his left arm cant feed himself and gets turned down
are these people that are making the decisions as stupid as i am thinking they are

Just lost my father caring for fourteen years already if I am getting support

My father recently died, I was my father carer for fourteen years. Up to October last year when I couldn't cope anymore. It took two carers to wash father in the morning and in the evening. My father went into residential care, he had a new lease in life. Which I could not do anymore. Was physically drained and mentally couldn't cope anymore. My father passed away and funeral was as to date of review!!

Worst group of people in the UK

If it was possible to give zero stars I would.
I called and stated my problem, they then just hung up on me. this is after going through and over 2 year long battle to get PIP, they didn't even bother turning up for my tribunal.
There are precisely zero human beings involved in the PIP side, plenty of people but no humans.
The staff are abysmal.
The management is worse.
They treat disabled people like less than human

The staff were friendly and excellent

The staff were friendly and excellent; however, they are let down by a bureaucratic system that gives them no control or ability to help.

For example, if you have a deduction from a utility company, they will accept the deduction but can do nothing to remove it. Instead, they refer you back to the utility company, which knows it can simply ignore you.

This leaves you with no real alternative other than using the courts, as the Ombudsman, in my opinion, are little more than paid clowns.

DWP overpaid and I have to pay it back!!

My universal credit got overpaid, apparently due to an error with annual statements and they say I have to pay it back!! Why? They make the mistake and we have to pay for it. I initially thought that it was a one off bonus as it helped pay off owed bills. If people are on UC it would suggest that they have no money to live on and yet they expect us to find this overpayment money from thin air. It's not like they can't afford it. Literally no regard or human decency whatsoever.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star !

I wouldnt even give them 1 star !! Most the staff are useless and have no idea what they are doing.

Been left days without money which they say has been paid as statement produced, I have not had a penny, even the banks confirmed it, the coach is useless, doesnt reply or answer all questions. Agents on the phone are just as bad. They dont listen properly, they don't read notes off the journal nor system properly. Move you from one pillar to post with no results, just say what they can to get you off the phone. No one actually resolves anything. DWP should be ashamed at how bad they are. As a Disabled British Civilian I am ashamed and disgusted by them.

Children could do the job better.
