The staff Carol and Phoebe at Eden Mobility Halifax Road Sheffield were very helpful, pleasant and nothing too much trouble whilst not been too pushy. They greeted us with a nice friendly smile.I would definitely recommend the shop

Great service with a smile
We are a retired couple and visited the Fareham shop to enquire about riser/recliner chairs to future proof our apartment in preparation for later years. We were served by Jane, who gave us a comprehensive appraisal of all options available to us. Carol was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. We were happy to place the order for a power chair with her. The chair was delivered 2 working days later. Very happy with the service provided and can highly recommend.

A staff member by the name of Emily
A staff member by the name of Emily, had a very busy Saturday, and i watched her deal with a local resident having a mental health crisis, with care and attention, along with serving customers who walked through the door. Emily was also managing to deal with a customer who had an appointment, showing her all types of models along with test driving whilst staying calm, helpful, thoughtful, smiling and professionally. Wonderful staff memeber, needs to be recognised.

I visited the Oldham shop recently…
I visited the Oldham shop recently feeling apprehensive and looking to buy a mobility scooter. I was put at ease by Rachel very quickly. We discussed my needs and she was very helpful finding the correct scooter to suit me. I was allowed a test drive, which gave me confidence with Rachel's guidance. She went over and above to help ( we even had quite a laugh), great company. I came away with my purchase, very happy, therefore I have now got my freedom to go out and about again. Both me and my mum visited here on Wednesday, 2nd June, she was looking for a electric wheelchair, the assistant Liz was very helpful, not pushy, letting mum take her time to decide, putting mum at ease, mum eventually bought a electric wheelchair, she was very happy with it, Liz was very nice to mum, general chit chat, overall a good experience

Went into eden a spoke wt a lovely lad called riley he went through all my options of scooters and how thay worked ect... he md me feel so at ease when mkin my decision and went above n beyond to mk my experience pleasant as i struggle wt that kinda thing well done Riley and ty samantha fennell i am now paired wt the most beautiful comfortable scooter which helps my life getting around thay much easier

Called in the Bolton shop as a returning customer. Wanted to buy beds that I had previously enquired about. Since the enquiry last week the price had increased but Gina and Eden agreed to honour the previous price.
