Was extremely impressed with his customer service and worked very hard to make renting a property in the Barbican straightforward, despite the fact I was pushed for time. Was especially helpful in organising viewings at short notice, providing essential information and liaising with landlord. A very nice guy too. Would recommend.

Finding a nice home in London is a challenge… but not with Mitchell Max ! Best real estate agent I’ve had to work with so far , and I’ve seen a lot of them !

I would NEVER RECOMMEND this agency to anyone after what they did to me and my housemates. We used their service to find a three-bedroom apartment after 4 months of searching. We closed a deal, we paid rent and security deposit and signed a tenancy agreement a month before the move-in date. Everything was absolutely done by our side on time. As we had a signed agreement and a closed deal, all three of us had to give our notices from our previous accommodations, we had also scheduled deliveries for the move-in date and prepared everything needed. Five days before move-in date, I contact the agency to ask where can we get the keys from and what time should we be at the property. In response, they tell me that there is a minor problem with the landlord’s documentation and he is yet to sign the tenancy agreement, but there is nothing to worry about and it is just a formality. Of course, this comes as a huge shock to all of us as we have already paid everything and no one told us that the landlord hasn’t even signed the contract FIVE DAYS BEFORE MOVING IN. During these five days, the problem grew bigger and bigger. From “Don’t worry, it is not a big deal” it turned to “We can’t assure you that you can live in this property as the landlord does not have the proper documentation to give it out for renting”. Firstly, how can someone give property for letting without checking if it is legal? Secondly, not only that Franc Harris&Co did nothing about the problem, they claimed that this is not their fault and they won’t do anything about it. They left three people homeless in London and did not even care about it. This agency caused so much stress by their actions and could not care less. I imagine if we did move into the property how much more problems we would have as they started lying to us before we even lived there. If I could rate it with -10000 I would.

Frank Harris are outright lying to their clients, both; buyers and sellers. What they cannot handle is an educated client. Avoid, if you possibly can.

We asked for the house key for my wife. only one key was given and we have been mailing for 2 months. For your sanity, stay away.

This company is operated mainly by telephone which means that they don't provide evidence in email form when they make false promises. Things take months to fix or go to the whole tennany without being fixed and then they'll try to charge you for them. They make promises to new tenants which they don't keep. Tried to charge us for repairs the new tenants are paid for. Terrible company greedy sneaky raise the rent by £1000 when we should've had the option to extend at the current rate.

We have just moved into a great Barbican flat. It wouldn't have happened without the patience, diplomacy and tenacity of Magnus. He worked hard to make our move possible; a brilliant outcome! Thank you Magnus.

Ryan Morgan is a terrible, unethical, horrible man who has no integrity. Will not be working with your team till he is no longer a part of it.
