Happy living in our apartment for a month now thanks to the good work of Charlotte at Frank Harris Barbican.
The online advertised flat was available: unlike some of their competitors using some token-unavailable flat to gather contact details, they were prompt to accurately display then update their online offering including ours which was very much appreciated (and professional).
The visit session was rapid: we spent an afternoon visiting with Charlotte then immediately picked up a flat.
Charlotte and her management also impressively succeeded in negotiating the condition we proposed and getting things sorted in the (short) period we requested.
The paperwork part was a bit laborious however as the company they use for referencing checking "The Letting Hub" kept asking for additional papers pretty much daily generating quite a bit of discomfort (that could be put on COVID as our previous agency went bankrupt indeed so the referencing was not straightforward...)
Additionally, the flat needed some TLC as it was set for sale (before the pandemic) therefore was not very much ready for renting. As of today, some things are still not fixed although getting taken care of soon hopefully.
Overall a very good experience; very much recommended and very much good work to Charlotte!

Tina and her team looked after us excellently in the pandemic market. They kept in regular touch throughout the selling process. Tina’s lateral thinking was wonderful at various tricky moments. We are very grateful to have been in their calm and experienced hands.

Jamie held things together when the sale almost collapsed and his negotiating skills and tactful handling of a difficult situation saved the day. I would highly recommend this company.

Tina and Lorenzo inspired confidence and delivered. In a less than buoyant market, they quickly sold our flat and found us another flat to buy. They know the Barbican market and its inhabitants very well. After offers were accepted, they were very proactive in steering the transactions through to completion. They were in almost daily contact with all parties, identifying potential hold-ups very early and resolving them before they could delay proceedings. Altogether a very happy experience.
