Purchased an expensive garden furniture set as a treat to myself. Price was good and organising delivery was smooth, however the table was minus its glass top. I have had the runaround for several weeks now, promised delivery days and me sitting in all day for nothing to arrive. The update on the tracking number supplied is that the courier is still waiting for the item. They’re a joke and I’m fed up calling and emailing. Have now lodged a dispute with the credit card company.

They are a good company get things sorted very quickly, but everything seems to come damaged.even when you get replacement etc still damaged. You can only take so much

DO NOT BUY! looked great when arrived but didn't last. Out of warranty so can't get a replacement but hardly used the furniture during the warranty period because UK weather was poor. Only used for 1 summer and all rattan completely unravelled and can't be fixed. Company advise to Google how to fix it (which we've tried, to no avail). When I expressed my disappointment, Hayley was extremely rude and condescending, insisting it's not a manufacturing problem (unsure if she thinks I snipped the rattan myself?!) so please take my advice and don't waste your money.

Update: Clearly Hayley who has replied to this review, staying the same things as I already put in my review (YouTube tutorial, out of warranty etc) doesn't take away from the fact that the OUTDOOR furniture isn't fit for purpose and that you were rude Hayley.

Id give 10 stars if I could. The Anzio 4 piece garden set I bought is fabulous. Great value, delivered quickly,no parts missing but here's the thing. I "lost" some bolts in the tubular frames. Totally my own fault. Went to a well known firm whose name rhymes with a small mouse like creature and ends in a rhyming word that's the last 3 letters of a week known wheat cereal that comes in biscuits. They sold me what would fit. It didn't. I rang Garden Store Direct to see if they'd sell me extra bolts, but honestly held out no hope. They not only supplied them foc, but they came within days. I judged GSD with most other firms I experienced and expected them to say you lost them, it's your fault. What a refreshing shock to find they didn't. Superb customer service, above and beyond. Big up Garden Store Direct.

This is the best company that we have ever dealt with in regards to price/delivery/customer service, it is 10/10 on all counts.
We had a delivery of the Richmond furniture and were delighted with it. A small issue that the ignition box didn't work in the fire pit. I spoke to Jordan in customer services who was fantastic and resolved this issue with the owner Phil.
Phil came out and was amazing, all fixed and working perfectly.
We would recommend Phil, his fantastic team and his honestly priced beautiful furniture.

Bought the Pascal garden furniture and its really good exactly as described.
I only gave 4 stars because the courier they used to deliver the items was so poor, the time between despatch and delivery was over a week with no communication from the courier. The Customer Service team at Garden Store where so helpfull trying to get a delivery day and always rang me back with update. Finally not all the order was delivered and again Customer Services responded promptly.

These lovely bistro table and chairs are a must for any garden one of my sets is brightening up a dark corner and making it look cheerful the other two are sat outside my little cafe catching the eye of customers.They are very well made and vibrant colours i choose the blue easy to fold up and store although light to transport that are very robust.

Great swing chair, very sturdy, everything present needed in box! Would recommend!

I ordered a garden seat and discovered on Christmas Eve a fault with how one of the legs had been drilled. These things happen in mass produced items. Not their fault. I called - Christmas Eve morning - a part was dispatched within the hour and it arrived the next working day (day after Boxing Day). Impeccable customer service from Jordan the Senior Customer Service Advisor.

Well you have to speak as you find. Got my door wreath down lights didn’t. Now bearing in mind used once and out of guarantee. Phoned company being difficult found myself quoting Martin Lewis.
Then they sent in the big guns😂 Philip, who actually thinking about it made me feel totally comfortable and I totally saw his point of view.

To cut a long story short😂 He is sending me a new one. It’s nice that companies have bosses that are good, because the young lady was polite even though I was being difficult.

Rubbish quality pre lit Xmas trees - in effect single use as both failed on first Xmas use. To be fair they sent a replacement - opened it this year only to find that it too was faulty with only half the tree being lit. £250 spent - products now in bin after one Xmas.

Purchased a pre lit Christmas tree which was not like the description online, at least 1 foot of it from the stand to the base of the tree was bare & looked awful. I emailed requesting a return & received a reply advising me it would cost £12 to arrrange a courier collection, or I could arrange to have it returned myself. Really not impressed with this poor service, disappointing.
