Efficient and friendly
Efficient and friendly. However, I was a bit surprised that after paying out such a large sum, the report was sent to me by email. So had to use my ink and paper and then my printer broke down! I wonder how anyone who does not have a printer gets on, then the report would have to be sent through the post, the good old fashioned way. Otherwise, brilliant!

The survey I had done by Dilys Elson was very detailed and comprehensive.

The appointment booking service was professional, the staff were Informative and friendly. On the day prior to the surveyor's appointment, I was given a time slot which was very helpful.

The value of a professional survey.
We had the opportunity to meet the surveyor immediately after the survey, to discuss the important points. This was followed up by a comprehensive report that clearly identified areas where action was required.

Excellent service
When the vendor needed to change date of survey, they were able to rearrange the appointment to suit. They produced a detailed survey that was easy to understand and in a timely manner. Very pleased with service.
