Answered the phone quite quickly we're very helpful passing me through to the repairs line once my original enquiry was dealt with. The engineer rang me within 24 hrs and I only had to wait a couple of days for the part to arrive and be fitted

Fridge freezer problems
Fridge freezer problems. Had an engineer out twice, but it is still leaking . Ruined one floor, I am waiting to install a new floor but 2 months on getting no where. Extended warranty not worth the paper it’s written on. Diabolical customer service care.

When telephoning Home Appliance Guard to arrange a repair, the automated message gave me the choice to have their customer services call me back rather than waiting on the line. I was happy to use this service and received a call back within 10 minutes. Bee was very helpful and pleasant to speak to. She advised me of the process to arrange for one of their repairers to come to my address to fix my appliance. She also checked and updated my account information as well as transferring my call to the relevant department to receive a quote on other appliances.
