I have paid for appliance cover since…2021 & claim refused!!!
I have paid for appliance cover since 2021 and never claimed until now. I have a Neff double oven which the grill element has dropped. The fitting screw has fallen out due to the fitting corroded.
I am informed this defect is not covered as corrosion is involved!!!!

Reported problem on Friday, had call from We Repair Ltd on Saturday and They repaired the cooker on Sunday.
The cooker is working properly now.
Very happy with the service.

Very helpful when my dishwasher broke down. It couldn't be fixed and two options were given for replacement. After discussions, my new dishwasher was delivered and is working perfectly. Highly recomended company.

Washing machine repair
Company came out within a week,diagnosed the problem,had to order the part,made an appointment for a week later,then got canceled on the day,made another appointment which got canceled again,then got a phone call to say the engineer has got your part,but is now on the sick,so they wanted him to complete the job,anyway 3 weeks later got appointment for a another repair company to come out to see the job,where part was orded again,and was completed 4 days later.Got there in the end.
