Washing machine dilemerl .
Bee the advisor was very helpful and patient while we checked machine number. Bee seems to be a pofessional person who is good at her job. She was a pleasure to talk to. Lovely lady sorted our problem quite quickly.

I have all my household appliances covered with Home Appliance Guard. They are very good value. Ive had very easy communication with the agents and very quick and reliable repairs. Engineers are excellent and always come within the time specified.

I didn’t have to wait long for an engineer to come out to me. He couldn’t fix it then, as he hadn’t the parts,
but came 2 days later and repaired it.
