The engineer that came out was rude and…
The engineer that came out was rude and said he'd fixed the problem but when I asked about the on off button he hadn't fixed it said he didn't know what it was and when I complained he reluctantly said I will have to order a new button the washer is still filling itself up and when he replaced the button he accused me of breaking it the machine is over 10years old and the machine is still not fixed

Great service from initial phone call to end of repair. Very informative - texting/emailing date and times engineer would be turning up and engineer informing he was on way and would be at property at a certain time. Repair done really well and explained process all the way through - very happy yet again - definitely staying - thank you again for a very professional experience
