My experience was marred by the amount of time spent waiting for someone to answer my call. Even though they rang you back it was still frustrating especially as I had to ring them a few times. Which is a shame because every thing else was good

It took many weeks for our washing…
It took many weeks for our washing machine to be repaired, but eventually a really good engineer called Roy, managed it, gave the machine a really good MOT, and it is now like new.

The treatment that I have had with all the people tat I have spoken to in the last 2 days has been second to none.
Spoke to Enzo Operations Co ordinator on Monday 13th July, very helpful. Very fast at sorting out replacement TV, was allowed to upgrade at obviously a cost to my self, sorted out the choice for me. Kai - who I spoke to today Tuesday 14th July was just as helpful in organising the replacement to be delivered.
