When I have had a problem or need a repair as soon as I phone I am not waiting too long for someone to take my call, they answer any questions you may have and if you need a repair you are put through to the right person and make an appointment that suits you time and date.
When the repair person turns up they are polite and helpful and carry out the work needed and if you need a part they need to order in they do it there and then so they can make an appointment for them to come back and repair it, this time I was lucky and my washing machine was repaired straight away and Richard was friendly, polite and professional and took his time to make sure I was happy with the repair, brilliant staff throughout the company.

Dave walked inand within 30secs rectified the problem no drama. Have had dave for other problems a great ambassador for the company.

The experience started of well when I rang customer service until the engineer arrived to fix the washing machine.

They were friendly helpful put me at ease .clear instructions easy to understand. Great value for money.

The engineer, Yanis, came to look at the fridge and also the washing machine. He was efficient, professional and polite. He relaced two parts on the washer but had to declare the fridge a write-off. The company contacted me with choices within 24 hours and my new fridge was delivered 2 days later. Excellent service all round and I would recommend Home Appliance Guard to anyone.

The engineer came on time and got my washer up and running again.
He left no mess and l was very pleased with his work.

Lovely polite man who diagnosed a problem with my washing machine and fixed the leak. While waiting for the water to fill in the washing machine, he also took the time to get a very large splinter which was in my shoe and pull it out.
I would certainly recommend this company with excellent customer service

The repair was just a minor job but the engineer was excellent. He phoned me and kept me informed as to when he would arrive and then did the repair without any fuss at all.

The engineer was polite but didnt acknowledge the actual issue.
Thoughtout my 10 year of having my appliance, I have been advised differently. Use this setting, do this do that.
Having explained the issue of the appliance, I still get told I am not use the same setting.
I am not going to run washing machine for minimum 3hr each wash. So ofcourse im going to use 1.57min wash the most.
I also explained the appliance is 10 year old please can be something done about it. But no just a part was changed as usual. Yet today iv put my machine but still having the same issue.
Very disappointed

The breakdown of our freezer was dealt with quickly and when repair was not possible a replacement was sourced and installed. Excellent communication throughout by email and on the phone; the actual human contact was much appreciated.

The wait for the repair was far to long. But the guy who came to do the repair, Janis was brilliant. He was very pleasant, really quick, and the washing machine was fixed. Brilliant.
