I have recently had my retirement flat fitted with Joe's Shutters they are absolutely lovely fitted like a glove and look amazing l am so pleased they are a first class company and a first class + fitter Louie who measured the shutters and fitted professional service at the very best

With the many shutter companies out there like we do I got a few quotes & knew straight away we would choose Joe’s.Louie did quote & fitting which to us made it that much easier.He answered all our questions in detail if not more.The made in England was very important to us with a good install time.We love our shutters!!!! Thank you so much.

Cannot say anything other than positive things about this company and In particular about Louie who fitted them. Shutters are excellent quality, very competitively priced and look sensational, everybody is commenting.

Louie worked really hard, left everywhere spotless and didn’t finish until everything was to his and my satisfaction. I would highly recommend joes shutters. If you are thinking about trying anywhere else don’t bother, you cannot do much better than 5 star service and installation.

This is the third time we have used Joe's shutters, very pleased with the customer service from start to finish. Louis is always so friendly, efficient, tidy and informative. Strongly recommend

Really pleased with the shutters and Louie’s work.
He was pleasant and efficient and left the rooms clean and tidy. Took the trouble to explain how he would fit the shutters and ensured we were completely happy before he left.
I would certainly use Joe’s Shutters again and recommend the company to others. Excellent value for money.

Great company to deal with!
Had our measurements done way back in March then lockdown happened.
We then called up a few weeks ago to pay our balance and arrange for a fitting.
Everything was done including fitting within a few weeks.
Larry installed them to a high standard, incredible customer service from everyone I’ve spoken with!

Ordered shutters from Joe's after getting quotes from a few other companies as they were the most competitive when it came to price, and also had the best turnaround time. Unfortunately Covid got caused a delay to the installation date but that was out of their control.

There were some issues with the installation due to the odd shape of one of our bay windows (we have an old house), but Louie got it all sorted on the day - he was here for 12 hours in total! He was unable to finish a couple of small things but returned a few weeks later to sort them out. He was very tidy and left everything as he found it.

Would definitely recommend Joe's if you're after plain white shutters that look great.

I have confirmed that Joes Shutters is an aligned company of Clement Browne. I cannot speak for Clement Browne , but do not use Joes Shutters. Their website says 2 -3 weeks delivery and installation. I ordered and paid for the shutters in full in late September. Installation was due on 19 November ( hardly 2-3 weeks). Paid in full for installation on 17 th
November . Installation abandoned due to poor measurements. Told top priority for re- fitting. Another date given 5 December ( top priority??) . Phone call at 5.50pm told not happening. I have no curtains at my windows, temporary blinds keep on falling down. I was prepared to give them time to put it right, but have now lost my patience. They have had the bulk of my money for several months and no shutters. I am demanding my money back in full plus money to cover purchase of new curtain rails and having to pay for someone to put them up.

Really impressed with my Shutters that were installed yesterday, Louie gave me great advice on which styles to choose and I am really happy with the outcome. Fantastic pricing also, extremely competitive compared to other big companies but much more friendly and professional service. Extremely tidy also. Have already recommended to a friend.

We absolutely love our shutters, they look amazing and are great quality. Larry our fitter, did a great job, and everything was immaculate when he left. Would recommend to anyone.

Everything about my experience with Joe's has been amazing. The measuring up session was incredibly thorough, the team we're polite, conscientious and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable. They were made in excellent time. Every person I spoke to was a perfect professional and so helpful (special shout out to Daniel for my gorgeous installation, and staying to the bitter end, and Amelia who was kind and polite and kept me updated throughout).

In summary: highly recommended!

Well I have to say I have not for a very long time come across a company so professional. All through the process from the measuring and quote ( thank you James ) to the order processing and keeping me up to date ( thanks girls in customer service ) to Louie fitting these ( brilliant job ) has been top notch. I love my shutters they are perfect for the area, quality superb, great value for money and they left me some spares just in case !!! There are a great deal of larger companies who need to learn about customer service from you - would thoroughly recommend !!!

Absolutely brilliant company. Shutters are beautiful and transformed our home. In addition to the windows, Larry installed measured and fitted bespoke design for our patio door. Highly recommend Joes shutters.

On the strength of strong reviews, a positive experience at fitting, and great product quality, I placed an order on the 20 September 2020. Since then I have struggled to get a target date for fitting. Probably OK if for your own home, but not if you are trying to install privacy shutters for tenants in a house currently without window treatments. Have encouraged Joe to reword his website copy regarding fast lead times, as this is not my experience so far. Hopefully I will be in a position to write a glowing review once installed.

UPDATE: still not in a position to improve my rating. The shutters have only been partially installed. One set working well, one set won’t open/shut properly, bathroom shutters only half installed. Wrong hinges on all three sets. Told the soonest a senior fitter could adjust was 11 November. My tenants are very unhappy & I am very embarrassed as a landlord. Am now at Week 6, so definitely not a two week lead-time.

Would highly recommend Joes shutters, they look fabulous and the quality is brilliant.
