Really happy with the shutters. COVID messed up timings a bit, as we ordered middle of July, but didn't get them fitted until 10th Sept which was a little frustrating, but to be expected under the current circumstances. Daniel was fab, he really took care at both stages of the process and they look GREAT. Have passed on your details to a couple of friends already.

I cannot praise Joe’s Shutters highly enough. An excellent product with good old fashioned customer service as it should be. From the initial visit to measure up and obtain a quote to the final installation (we liked them so much we asked them back to do more) Larry guided us through the process and fitted them. There was no hard sell at the outset and he explained throughout the installation process what he was doing and for the future how to get the best out of your blinds and future maintenance.
We’re extremely pleased with the end result.

Had our shutters fitted today on our bay window in our living room . Daniel and Scott were very professional made sure they were fitted perfectly went through everything thoroughly and cleaned up after themselves . Would recommend this company.

Mike measured up my bay window in June, explained deliveries are obviously slower than normal due to covid-19, despite this I was happy to wait. Daniel and Scott arrived today to fit my shutters, friendly guys, extremely tidy, not a trace of rubbish left behind. Before leaving Daniel talked me through with how the shutters worked, great level of service from start to finish would definitely recommend. Really pleased with how the shutters look.

I had shutters fitted on Tuesday and I am delighted with Joe's shutters from the first encounter I had with them to end result. Unlike other companies you can get a rough cost online. Then I had the pleasure of Larry coming to my house to provide a formal quote and at the same time did a survey. Other companies send out a sales person, then a surveyor then the fitter - adding to the cost and time of the process.
Larry then came back and fitted my shutters with his colleague - the room looks stunning! Larry is a credit to Joe's Shutters - professional, friendly and left the room immaculate after the fitting.
From the lady on the phone who I called to ask a few questions, the ease of booking and payment,(fantastic customer service), to the excellent job Larry did - I would 100% recommend Joe's shutters - thank you - I have recommended you already to my neighbour who has been admiring the new shutters!

I would also like to add I did a lot of research beforehand and had several quotes - Joe's were half the cost of the big name shutter companies - but the same quality - UK made shutters same material ect.

We wanted shatters for tilt and turn windows. Looked everywhere for the company in the uk that would specialised in them and came across Joe Shatters. Our shatters were installed by Larry. We absolutely love them! Not only they look spot on, but the ease of using them and the way they move with the window, is absolute craftsmanship. We thank Larry for your amazing job. We highly recommend Joe Shatters to everyone.

Daniel fitted my shutters, lovely friendly guy who did a fantastic job with the shutters. He worked tirelessly to make sure he got the job completed. A hard working, job passionate young man who I would highly recommend.

I had my shutters installed last year. I am so happy with them and was pleased with the service provided. Paul had measured up but had then moved. Jack came along and had made them and installed them. I was his first customer. He was very professional and so pleasant. Since the COVID 19, I have had a problem with my bathroom shutter. After contacting Joe's Shutter's, they promptly arranged for a Quality Controller to come out. Daniel was brilliant and checked all of my shutters. What an informative guy and so friendly. Bathroom one all sorted now. He will be returning next week regarding any little issues with the other ones. I am well happy. Thank you Daniel and team. The customer service is great too. Prompt replies to emails.

Had a survey done by Daniel N, fantastic service . He was in time, very friendly and suggested a few changes which I’m very happy about. Will recommend him any time .

I placed my order in March, but Joe's were only able to install my shutters this week due to COVID-19, which is, of course, completely understandable. As soon as they were able, they were in touch, and I had an installation date. Mike came along this week and had the shutters fitted in no time! They are such a reasonable price - half the price of a better-known company! Not quite five stars as the shutters are installed more on the front of the architrave than inside it (as is the case with my more expensive shutters - which looks a little sleeker). But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joe's and I would certainly use them again.

Thank you Daniel for fitting my perfect shutters over the last two days. A complete professional and perfectionist which is what you need for this kind of home project. I’m so pleased with how they’ve turned out!!!!

Would NOT recommend! My brother in law paid for production of shutters PLUS delivery. They took his money, produced the shutters, would NOT deliver, blamed the coronavirus lockdown. A month went by, he received deliveries of furniture, shed, diy materials, lots of stuff from lots of companies, but Joe'sShutters said they can't deliver. He said he needed something to put on his windows, or a refund please, they suggested SELLING him more products instead (blinds). In the end he had to organise collection of his shutters himself from their offices which cost him £40 (a hundred mile round trip). They offered him £9 compensation, which he refused because it's an insult. He's still trying to get the £40 it cost to collect his shutters. The price paid (over £1,000) was for production AND delivery. So NOT recommended. If they compensate him for the £40 he had to pay out, this review will be removed and replaced with a nicer one.

Very happy with service provided by Joe’s- in particular Larry who came to quote on shutters and complete the installation. No hard sale once quote provided which is so refreshing. There was a problem with one of the windows where the shutter was made incorrectly but these things happen and the correct one installed a few weeks later and on Larry’s day off which was hugely appreciated. Love the shutters- my house
Looks stylish with them and Stacie in the office was also very helpful. No regrets to use this company with the amount of other shutter companies on the market these days.

Larry installed all four shutters today. To the precise measurements. ( measurements were carried out by Larry a few weeks earlier. Larry also informed me that he was involved in making my shutters).
