Michelle was fantastic
Michelle was fantastic. She turned what had been a very negative experience — akin to banging my head against a brick wall — into a genuinely positive one.
She immediately took ownership, followed through as promised and, most importantly, got things moving. A decision was reached the next day.
After the frustration I’d experienced, it was a relief to finally feel that someone was listening and taking responsibility. Michelle was professional, efficient and extremely helpful. Thank you, Michelle!

Very helpful

Always a trusted and reliable service from the Kennel Club, the staff are particularly helpful, informative and genuinely care about your pet. I have no hesitation in recommending their policy and regularly do to fellow dog owners whilst walking my elderly Labrador Ruby. Thank you for help yesterday it was both helpful and reassuring, especially when our furry friends are unwell.

My dog came with kennel club puppy…
My dog came with kennel club puppy insurance which I carried on into her adult life .I can't tell you through the ups and downs of dogs how brilliant they have been .I have never had a bad experience .They are top end money wise . But you get what you pay for and I never worry that my girl won't be covered .
