Olen raivoissani teidän “palvelustanne”! Olen jo yhdeksän työpäivää odottanut kellojani, eikä teiltä vieläkään ole tullut mitään toimitusta. Antamanne tieto ei ole pelkästään virheellistä – se on harhaanjohtavaa. Ensin vakuutitte, että kaikki on kunnossa ja lähetys lähtee parin päivän sisällä. Sitten kului neljä päivää, ja taas kirjoititte, että pitää odottaa lisää. Onko tämä muka normaalia? Luuletteko tosissanne, että asiakas on velvollinen sietämään loputtomia viivästyksiä ja kuuntelemaan tyhjiä lupauksia?
Tämä ei ole enää pelkkä viivästys – tämä on kuluttajan huijausta. Te väitätte olevanne ammattilaisia ja osaavanne työnne, mutta todellisuudessa ette kykene edes hoitamaan yksinkertaisinta asiaa – toimitusta. Miten näin helppo prosessi voi epäonnistua kerta toisensa jälkeen? Pitääkö asiakkaan arvailla joka päivä, tuleeko mitään edistystä vai uusi selitys “myöhästymisestä”? Tämä on silkkaa pilkkaa.
Suhteenne asiakkaisiin on ala-arvoista. Näytätte täydellistä piittaamattomuutta ajastamme ja luottamuksestamme. Yrityksenne maine murenee silmien edessä – ja aivan ansaitusti. Jos huomenna en saa kunnollista vastausta vaan jälleen yhden viivästyksen, se on viimeinen pisara. Häpeä ja kunnia menetetty – tällaista toimintaa ei voi hyväksyä!

Vaihdon kautta kaupat
Alunperin tilaamani kelloa ei ollutkaan, vaikka siitä melko nopeasti tuli vahvistus ja arvioitu toimitusaika heti tilauksen jälkeen.
Muutamien päivien jälkeen otettiin yhteyttä, jossa ilmoitettiin kyseessä olleen kellon poistuneen valikoimasta.
Valikoimasta löytyi kuitenkin toinen kello, joka myös sopi itselle. Tästä toimitus ja kaupat sujui ihan hyvin. Tavallaan kaikki meni siis ihan hyvin, mutta ei aivan mutkitta.

Horrible purchase. Totally regret buying
Totally deceitful (borderline scam) company. I'll be sure to spread the word any way I can and everywhere I can. Price was significantly dropped without any mention that the watch has a scratch. On their website it says the price was 181 euros, but now it's 75 euros (a 59% discount). I didn't realize that the scratch on the watch was the reason for the considerable discount. Waited 2 weeks to receive the watch, which had a scratch. They told me it's okay to return it, but this is where the scam comes in. They know that by now you're so worn out and tired, and with such a low price it's not worth the time or hassle to return it. So I told them I will keep it, but I want to buy another scratch-free watch, but I don't want to endure the disappointment and frustration of waiting another 2 weeks only to find out that the next watch is also scratched. I repeatedly asked them, was the scratch the reason for the discount? They stopped answering me. Not only do they take a full day to respond, but they also constantly evade your questions. They never answered that question, and when I expressed how aggravated I was becoming with the way they were treating me, they ignored me completely and stopped responding. This is extremely rude and unprofessional. Well you asked for it. This could've been a great positive review. But now people are going to learn the truth about this company.
Update:
Finally got a response by email (quelle surprise), and we've agreed that I will keep this watch and order another. If the other one arrives scratch-free then I will change this review to a 5-star and a positive review.

Of course the model did not drop in price due to the scratches. We would never do that to our customers. We are a very trustworthy company. This model had some scratches, which we are so sorry about, but this is unusual and will not happen when you order more watches from us. I can see that you received a discount/compensation on your order for this. We do not ignore our customers but as you sent many e-mails to us your e-mail was moved up to the top of our e-mail basket. Therefor we didn't see that you first e-mail was three days old. Sorry about this. When you order a new model send us a e-mail with the new order number and we will expedite it quickly for you.
