Delivered quickly , packed really well all the bulbs were ok when they arrived

We needed light bulbs that were unavailable anywhere else but Lampco were extremely helpful and patient and found exactly the right ones

Absolute con artist! Item is not as described, took over a week to get here, inferior product received, despite paying a premium!

It has taken them nearly two months just to dispatch my order (two bulbs they had in stock). They ignored my request to cancel the order and have been unresponsive. Avoid this company

First class. Great price, communication & service. I explained to the James that my elderly neighbours were worried that common areas in the block were worried about lights failing. James got me the bulbs in quick order. Fantastic service.

I ordered the wrong bulbs but a phone call told me what I needed and on reordering I had a personal email confirming the new order. Callum has provided excellent prompt service. Unusually personal.

This is the second time that I am making a purchase from The Lamp Company, the first one went perfectly, the second one was a bit more difficult because of stock shortage and post delays, however the sales team has done their best, answering my mails, and trying to find a solution and they did ! and even sent another parcel to make sure the order would be with me on time.
Efficiency at the highest level !

I love their attitude and how welcome I felt. When I went back with a problem I caused, (I broke the mounting screws) they fixed it for free while I waited. Great service. It took a little longer than I expected but it was worth it. Craig

Remember to tell customers there may be a delay in despatch if stock is not to hand.

Bulbs arrived as described and in timely fashion

Please do not use this company, steer clear at all costs. I ordered 5 bulbs for £30.82 on the 19th Jan 2026 and when I mailed to ask where the bulbs were I got this email

You may have noticed when placing your order, that for this item it states - Stock due: Contact Us For Expected Due Date.

We therefore needed to get some more stock sent to us.
The stock has now arrived, and your order has been sent to the warehouse team to pack and send out to you.

Keep an eye on your email for any updates, as you will be notified once the order leaves us, and you will also be sent your tracking information.

The Lamp Company

That was sent to me on the 23rd January and even though the stock was in, i’m still waiting and when I messaged again I was told that they had never told me that the stock had arrived but it clearly says that it had arrived and was being sent out.
It is now the 12th March, plenty of time for them to s
end them out.

If I could score a minus for the experience, I would.
I just want people not to deal with this scamming company The Lamp Company.

Ordered on site - had the lamp i wanted which no one else had - waited a couple of weeks as they had no stock - then an "alternative" arrived which I could have ordered on Amazon for a fraction of the premium price I paid - and they gave me some story that internet site says no stock - site was updated after I ordered - they say to send it back to them which is not worth my while - conclusion - in future I'll use Amazon

Good product delivered on time.

Well packed, item worked, delivery a little slow but grateful to get the item as couldn't get it in a shop.

They replaced my broken bulb free of charge without any delivery charges.thank you for best customer services

Ordered and paid for bulbs from the website, should be 7-10 days delivery, told out of stock and offered alternative lower wattage bulbs, order not arrived after 15 days and several phone calls, staff were rude and offhand over the phone talking over me, so requested a refund. Will never use this company again
