Clear, precise and patient
The agent (Halim Senturk) was very thorough in describing products. He was articulate and clearly spoken, whilst offering recommendations that suited me. Although it was a long phone call, due to many clauses, verifications and options being explained, I felt that Halim was patient and a good listener. This made it a very pleasant experience.

I wanted to leave this review to recognise the incredible support I received from Katie at Let Alliance.
I contacted Let Alliance during a very difficult and emotional time, and Cater was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. She showed genuine compassion, patience, and understanding throughout the call, and never once made me feel rushed or unheard. Her call handling was professional, calm, and reassuring, and she took the time to listen and support me when I needed it most.
Katie is a real credit to Let Alliance. The kindness and empathy she showed made a huge difference to me, and I’m truly grateful for the support I received.

Thanks to Jessica Smith for her help in setting up the insurance policy needed for the apartment I'm renting. With an exceptionally friendly and pleasant approach, Jess was both very helpful and also very patient in dealing with my questions and hesitation to jump straight in. She sent me the info I needed to consider the options properly and than handled my return call impeccably.

Sarah Poole answered my call for house insurance and right from the start guided me through the process, answered all my questions. She walked through the policy which was great. I think she is a great asset to Let Alliance and very efficient.
