Our dog Rubys microchip number we noticed was different on the kennel club registration to the barcode and her passport therefore I contacted microchipcentral and they were extremely helpful by checking the numbers and reporting back the findings to me and confirming Rubys details were correct . When the breeder filled out my dogs details for the microchip he got the spelling of my name and email wrong. I contacted Microchip Central and they were very quick to amend the details for me. I highly recommend them for peace of mind for your fur baby.

Very quick and efficient

My deaf kitten was neutered and microchipped at the same time because of her pain receptors. I recently took her to the vets and she was scanned. Unfortunately, the chip wasn't detected but she was given a new chip whilst awake free of charge. It's took all week for her to trust me again. I would have given five stars but I'm unsure how this happened, if it was the chip or the vet. I suspect the vet because the nail trimming was atrocious. My advice to anyone reading this is to please take your pet to the vets and have them scan the microchip to be on the safe side.
