Fantastic Customer Service
Fantastic Customer Service, through out the process from ordering to delivery of the chair. I was kept informed at all times regarding time of delivery, excellent advice on the type of chair would best suit the person using it. The people who physically delivered the chair, were absolutely charming, efficient and speedy!

Wheelchair hire
Adviser that I spoke to was very helpful and understood exactly what I needed. I ordered wheelchair and it was delivered next day.
Very impressed with the service provided. Would recommend to anyone who has mobility problems.

A very good experience from start to finish.
From the moment I phoned to hire a bath lift & commode for my mum, to the delivery, everything was dealt with professionalism. The girls on the phone were friendly & knowledgeable & so were the delivery men. The stuff was delivered on the day & within the time specified & I was shown how to use it. First class service. I strongly advise against using this company. I do not recommend at all. Appalling customer service. Once they have your money then it seems there is no recourse. Avoid at all costs

Amazing service!
We have had a wonderful experience with Mobility Hire. Their customer service has been phenomenal. I was able to place an order in the US and have the pieces delivered after I arrived in the UK. McCarthy Turning Bed Chair Delivery & Installation.date…
The Bed was delivered on the date specified & the Driver & his Assistant were very good & were able to carry out the Installation quickly & efficiently? They also showed me how to operate the Turning Bed Chair & also other features on the movements of the Bed using the Hand Remote Control? They were very good at their job so full marks to both of them? So far all is well with the operation of the Bed but not able to advise how my Wife, Aileen will rate the Bed as she is coming out of Hospital tomorrow afternoon? Well done on the 1st Class Service. Jessica was very helpful during the order process and the delivery guy (sorry didn’t get his name) was very good and setting up and showing how the bed worked. Hopefully mum is happy, I’m going in today so will get her feedback
