Myskirtingboards Avis 

I ordered skirting boards with 5 to 12 day delivery phoned them to check delivery date to be told it was going to be much longer. Emailed them to cancel and ignored, phone stopped working. Terrible service, avoid.

Avoid!! We ordered skirting board from myskirtingboards on next day delivery, next day came and it never arrived, kept phoning the company who said it was out for delivery when it wasn't. 3 weeks later still hadn't arrived, myskirtingboards told us we'd get a refund and a month later we're still waiting even after multiple phone calls telling us that it was being processed. The skirting boards randomly arrived after 3 weeks, and now they're surplus to requirements and no word from the company about when they're going to come and pick them up. Will not be using this company again.

Complete lack of communication from order, to deliver, to post sales. I didn't receive any notification on delivery date - had to chase 3 times to get a response. I paid for next day delivery on the 2nd and it wasn't delivered until the 11th. The skirting boards are the wrong size for my property and the returns policy is awful. The phrase 'buy cheap, buy twice' rings true here.

Ordered Skirting boards for next day delivery but they arrived a few days after. I was concerned after reading reviews but the skirting boards arrived were not damaged and the order arrived after only a few days so on the whole I'm pretty pleased. Many thanks.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. SKIRTING BOARDS ARRIVED DAMAGED BUT UNLESS REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS THEY REFUSE A REFUND!

This has to be one of the worse companies I have dealt with and that includes Currys.
Do not use this company as they are a joke, order some chamfered skirting only to be told a couple of days later they had run out of stock, 14 days later they were due to arrive and didn't. 19 days after ordered they turn up with tunfells just rammed into the van. Needless to say they were damaged due to been MDF.
Straight onto the sales team and still awaiting a reply. Worse customer service ever as all they say is sorry.
Use this company at your peril

We looked on the "myskirtingboard "website to find chamfered skirting that matched that we already had. We saw a photograph of a chamfered type that matched our own and ordered a quantity. Having waited several days after the stated delivery date it arrived. It consisted of thin floppy MDF with a few mm. removed from the corner of an otherwise rectangular profile. Our builders laughed at the quality of it but we were upset and felt we had been misled. Indeed a joiner we know commented "I don't know how they have the cheek to sell that!"
We emailed and rang them on several occasions in an attempt to get a refund but were told we would have to arrange and pay to send them back and pay a 25%re-stocking charge. This ensured that no body could return a product. We have informed the company of our mistrust in their site and told them we intend to take the matter to trading standards.

Loving the skirting board and great customer service on the morning of our delivery to confirm the complete order was arriving. Just to point out that we had 3 leftover but were not allowed to return as were told they were custom cut to size although this was not made clear and we selected a size that was offered on the website which suggests it was a standard pre cut product. We felt that this was a bit of a shame as brand new pieces went to waste.

Not good customer service so far ordered skirting board 6 days ago. Just rang to see a out order told a load of lies. Saying to ring back......not even a date for delivery will not use them again. I didn't use this company because it was cheaper it was they had in stock the type of skirting l needed to match up. Other companies didn't. Wish l had waited

I have ordered some matching skirting boards and architraves and couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase! Amazing price and quality. Nice designs with unbeatable prices! The particular design I was searching for in other stores was almost a double price than what I have paid here!
My order has been delivered within a week of ordering, and the delivery guys had been extremely polite and helpful! Definitely would recommend 👌

Good skirting boards received, good service and communication with the sales team , delivery on time as per the advised timescale. A+ service. Definitely recommend.

From start to finish. Sent part of order wrong lambstongue, wanted classic sent half classic hf traditional. When recieved correct lambstongue the finish of the architraves was very poor, as in the finish was rough/grainy, not primed, even though paid extra for primed, plus a funny colour, not a nice smooth white primed like the others, so have had to sand them down, pay for a primer and do it ourselves. Had to use as carpet was being fitted. Would not use this company, would not recommend. Wish I'd gone elsewhere.

I had a notification that the delivery might be late for up to 5 days... well it's 7 working days later and I still haven't had the delivery. Cannot comment on the quality of the product as non delivered.
Poor customer service.

What a joke of a company, 5 days over due on my delivery, tuffnells delivered my item to a different house left out side over night to collect in morning & try delivering to me wet. Driver threw skirting board up the drive got in van & drove off, rude aswell, When I spoke with my skirting board they didn’t really care & wasn’t bothered, I won’t be using them again my self or my company

I spent ages looking for the cheapest place to buy the skirting board i wanted and this was the cheapest place i could find. We received good quality MDF skirting which looks very nice and modern, i would definately recommend them to anyone. My only problem was the delivery, which isnt myskirtingboards fault (although they could pick a better courier for future). The courier they use lets you know the day they will be delivering to you, but the delivery time was between 7am and 6pm, which i think is not right at all. Due to working like most of us do, i was not able to get time off work at short notice (delivery was in about 3/4 days) so i had to ask a family member to come round at 7am as i was leaving for work and the skirting board was delivered at about 4pm. Apart from unacceptable couriers, the company and the products are very good.
