Bought a bed today from Rod. Very good service and nice gentleman to speak to - no complaints.

We received excellent service from Andy Dixon who provided easy to understand information on products available and helpful advice on the most suitable chairs for us. He provided a chair for us to try out which made our selection of features easy to make. All necessary measurements were taken to provide a bespoke chair for both of us.

The Rep Ian Robson who called on us today was extremely knowledgable about the product in question, a mobility chair. He was extremely helpful in every respect and able to answer every point raised. He made us feel very confident in our decision making.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

The original seller who came to my grandmothers home, was incredibly friendly, and this review is not regarding him.

However, upon delivery, my grandmothers carpet had been damaged, and stained by a black liquid (possibly oil). One side of the chair, also has this black oil stain on it. There was also sharp metal shrapnel scattered across her carpet, where the oil stain is.

Oak Tree Mobility’s customer service has been DIABOLICAL and non-existent. They have no customer care, as their team stated they noticed the stains from a photo? We assume this was taken by the delivery team.

This cowboy company informed us, that they would call us back on the same day we complained with a resolution, however, this did NOT happen. We have had to chase them up, multiple times over the span of a week and they have now stated (after 7 days) that they will now send somebody out, in 10 days time. Which will be 18 days after the chair was delivered.

If you are elderly, or have an elderly family member, avoid this awful company. It is not worth the stress.

Excellent service, the sales gentleman was very knowledgeable about the product and helped us out when we needed a chair quickly!

Brilliant service provided by Oak Tree Mobility, I was measured up and was offered expert mobility service, loved High Legs Lift Functionality along with firm lower back support to help my back pain.

Ian was friendly, cheerful and extremely knowledgeable.
The test bed was amazing. I suffer from arthritis in my spine and 2 compacted discs, usually i sleep with 4 pillow for my back and 2 pillows under my legs. Trying out the bed with the massager i could lay on my back with NO pain. Absolutely amazing. They are not the cheapest but quality wise they are the best. Definitely worth the money.

We were interested in beds and Rod came to visit. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Chaz did a home visit, was very helpful and professional. There was no hard sell he talked me through everything whilst I sat in the lovely chair. Everything was explained and I was left with the brochure and a folder with everything I needed to make up my mind. After I had reviewed everything I made an order a week later. Everyone I've spoken to so far have been polite and helpful- looking forward to receiving my chair with matching sofa

Christian Taylor went above and beyond helpfulness. Absolutely no pressure selling. He clearly explained the benefits of the seats we chose. Now we are looking forward to receiving our new rise and recliners next month. An added bonus is the company will take away the old.furniture to be donated to the British Heart Foundation.
