We have just booked a cruise with Panache Cruises via Catherine. She was extremely helpful, gave us useful advice and was responsive and friendly without being pushy. I am pleased that all our follow up communication will be with her, rather than lots of different people.

First class support and guidance from Kelsey Sutherland. From the outset Kelsey made the booking process easy and she got us a great price. It was a special birthday for me while we were away and Kelsey worked with my wife to provide special treats throughout our river cruise and arranged a private dinner on my birthday. Will definitely be using Kelsey and Panache again. Thank you.

The time came for us to make a cruise booking, albeit not for another 15 months. As usual, I contacted a couple of our usual agents to compare prices. Only Georgia Redmond at Panache Cruises responded (promptly) and with an exceptional price as well. We completed the booking with her (very well deserved) and the rest of the formalities were completed quickly and efficiently. Only our second booking with Panache, but they are showing the others a thing or two, for sure.
