I don't like that when I write a comment as required I have to fiddle around to get back the page I want to return to

Patches is an excellent service makes requesting medication so much easier and appointments your not waiting forever on the phone to speak with someone

I really like patches as I feel like I can explain everything properly and its so much easier than ringing for an appointment.

always great service from reception staff through to doctors, full marks to all the staff involved in this surgery

I am able to highly recommend this service as it offers suitable times to contact the Dr. Response is always swift if requested at relevant time. I am pleased .

Always a brilliant app as I work through the day so really good for just filling in a patches form and awaiting a response. Usually within 24 hrs.

Wonderful tool. Very easy to use and has made accessing my GP quickly and accurately much easier.

I only use this system for ordering my repeat prescription and have never had a problem, I find it's better than ringing the surgery.

The receptionist at Mercheston Surgery Swindon eas very helpful l don't think l would have done it myself.

Patches is so easy to use. It saves time having to physical call the doctor.

After the initial patches was completed, the response form the Dr. K Patel for the referral letter was very quick although it was late in the day, hence I was able to book private consultation at BMI for my ruptured bicep.

I'm with Guide Bridge Medical Practice. Received outstanding service today and have the prescription I need.

It's a good app, but not sure the benefit of rating it, as i dont really get a choice over whether or not i use it.

This refers to how SPITAL SURGERY in Wirral respond to PATCHS. It is a fantastic system whereby I can enter a request for managing my severely disabled son’s health issues, and they respond within a couple of hours or less, by contacting the care team or myself, and giving him a FTF Appointment or phoning with advice. I can’t fault Spital surgery’s reaction to PATCHS. for the attention they give to my son.
