Dreadful system for patients and ignores allowing patients to be seen by nurses or doctors and instead replaces medical care with a ‘system’
A massive backward step in NHS care

Using Patchs to contact my GP surgery for a sudden, severe foot and ankle pain was a remarkably smooth and efficient experience. The online triage form was clear, structured, and very easy to navigate, allowing me to fully explain my symptoms, previous treatments, and urgency without any hassle. It’s a brilliant digital tool that makes communicating with the healthcare provider much more accessible and streamlined. Highly recommended!

Great service easy to use

Ease of use, once found via NHS app, it's a simple process but could do with more visual signposts on the NHS app to request fit notes etc, but overall very good!

Intuitive system, has always manages to get me the appropriate care without waiting for ages on the phone.

Made online referral for Physio input. Message received within 5 minutes asking to make contact to arrange appointment. Appointment is next Wednesday. Receptionist asked a few relevant details and accommodating my calendar. Extremely pleased

This is a superb interactive diagnostic tool. It speeds the process of response from my GP surgery up. It also allows my Medical Centre the opportunity to review previous treatments up prior to contacting me by my proffered method. (Text, email call)

despite all of the problems the NHS has at this time Ive always found every member of the staff to be helpful and understanding. First rate service well done too you all from reception onwards
