Very helpful service

Always helpful, efficient and reliable.

The person I spoke to on the phone at Lancaster Medical Practice was very friendly and helpful. They sent me a message on Patches so I could send a photo in of a skin concern but this did not delay getting an appointment to have it checked in person. It was very good service all round.

Easy to acccess and answer the questions.
Very helpful for people who work full time job.
Get gelp very quickly from GP or Pharmacist.

I find it very stressful loging in ie getting a code number once in it’s good. I would highly recommend

Patchs has been refined: fewer questions and a better experience for the user.

My only gripe is that there could be a clearer explanation as to where to actually start the process. I seem to have to flit from line to line until I actually chance upon the right place. Please consider changing wording to 'click here to start a Patchs consultation (or similar). No confusion then!

Great way to get advice or help without having to book appointments or wait a long time, ashgrove med center Knottingley are fantastic and so quick with it

Wakeman's Hill Surgery has always responded promptly to our queries and dealt with them professionally and with great care. Over time, we have had many GPs but never received such good care and attention before. All the staff we have dealt with have been more than competent and facilitated our enquiries.

Many complain about not being able to contact their GP practices However contacting them via Patch’s is a much better system than queuing on the phone

Is a very good Practice in all ways… The Dr’s the reception staff and the very nice/friendly nurses.

The Practice has a very informative information board and works with the ‘Patches’ system, and in turn teaches patients how to use this system.
As a patient I have had reason to complain my complaint was dealt in good time addressed and concluded to everyones satisfaction, and I found information exchanged and learning was accepted.

I think patches is a great help when you’re of sick and need a sick note so you don’t have to use an appointment for other patients that need to get an appointment it’s quick and easy and you usually get a reply that day
