I love this service. Its so easy to get answers. If they need you to go to surgery they message you if not they can send you advice through the service.

I have found PATCHS at Lincoln Road Medical Practice to be a very effective way of communicating. There are some days esp the beginning of the working week where it’s a bit more difficult but overall it’s been pretty good

Used a few time for myself and children. Much easier than trying to call and get an appointment.

I find the system simple to use and have had quick results from my gp surgery when using it. It's good for saving a lot of time both for the patient and staff

Patches have definitely paid people to write the positive reviews, because it is the single worst thing that the NHS has introduced. Completely reduced the ability communicate with the GP and added an unnecessary step. No ability to receive a confirmation if the request has been actioned. Unnecessary and burdensome red tape. Not fit for purpose. Multiple questions that do not make sense or suit basic medical needs. Just generic slop. And because it's been introduced there's now no way to speak to a human at the medical practice or communicate anything. The patches system also often does not share the correct information. I can't attach basic medical files. I still need to bring them in physically or email them myself. What a waste of time and money. Someone has got rich from this deal while patients are suffering through it.

Patch's is a fast and easy to use app for greater help and efficiency to submit medical info to our G.P who can then prescribe the correct treatment or practioner

Excellent online service. The process was quick, easy to use, and very convenient. I received a prompt response. It was very helpful for me to connect my GP. Thanks to patchs.

Pinn medical services are excellent. The staff and doctors are very kind and helpful. Mainly on patches the request for senior doctors depends on my issues have been fulfilled.
I have been a patient for over 30years. Good to see some doctors are still there and recognise me outside practice too by saying hello. It means a lot especially me being a pensioner now.

Perfect! Quick and easy, needed a fit note after surgery. The whole thing took 5 mins and fit note given within the hour.

Love my New GP Dr Leigh he is very proactive , the GP before him never took my seriously and I had to find out on my own that I had a tumour , but Dr Leigh is amazing

Excellent using patches saves waiting in queues and most of the time your issue or health condition is helped in a positive way most of the time depending on the surgery or doctor.

The communication with the practice is excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

This means of communication direct to my GP practice always works well for me. Just be honest and the triage team takes care of the rest. Very useful.

It’s was a good experience but not doc are the same. I’m lucky to have met Dr Kumba at the light surgery in Leeds. She is very proactive with her care and treatment. If you get her, she cares and helps a lot with your problems. Some doc done care, sees you for few min and send you home( your problem is still there). Dr Kumba will make sure you get all the help you need before sending you home. She will follow up checking on you to see how’s you doing for further care on Patch! .

I can see this is very good however for elderly or patients who are feeling sick this can be difficult specially some vulnerable residents may not have access to computer and access to internet. Therefore greater flexibility is needed for such cohort of people
