Not very happy at having to go to the surgery twice to see a doctor. Once to fill in a form and then to go to see a doctor.

I transfered to Watling Street Surgery over 8 months ago and wish to let people know. It's an extremely professional practice with no concern.

This time? It goes wrong all the time. Impossible to contact the GP, never get a straight answer and instead get anonymous messages back which do not answer anything but just kick the can further down the road

I am eighty five years old and find patch dreadful and ended up in tears of frustration totally unable to comprehend usage surgery offered no help with my problem the whole set up is disgusting
How do you expect me to cope with this awful service

Can’t fault this service at all although for people who are not IT savvy it is a bit long winded!

I have never used Patches before and I found it very easy to use.

I don't have any problems with the online patches ordering my medication so far so good and the response is very quick

iPhone patches was very easy to navigate. Very easy to understand the questions and answers were sometimes given in two forms. It’s a simple procedure that is used for non-urgent request and as the Surgery is very busy, the admin staff can go through these requests to then get them triage to the right doctor or clinician.

First time using this facility, easier than expected!

i was impressed when i called the surgery for an appointment at the Pinn medical centre the receptionist was efficient very helpful and understanding when i asked her for an emergency prescription she acted efficiently Thank you Grace Hart
