The service work was excellent...the chap who did the job was neat and tidy at his work and friendly.
A few small things irritated me beforehand....like sending me a text to say you'll bill if im not in ...im the customer buying your service..not on...then telling me he'll arrive between 11 and 1 and he doesn't...can I have a 50e reduction?? And altho he rang, I couldn't call him back, I had to ring the head office and they rang him....just small things but it could be done in a more customer orientated way...
