I had to replace my senser batteries…
I had to replace my senser batteries and call Phonewatch when completed and they tested everything and there were no issues at all.

My mother was with Phonewatch for a number of years and when she passed away in July, I had to research all alarm companies. Phonewatch had the best trustpilot reviews and they offered me a package that updated the alarm system (which is extra, so ask about this when discussing with Phonewatch). My monthly bill is half the price to what my mum was being charged. I am very pleased with the smooth service of installing the new system
