We hired a car at the last minute from market harborough when our own car broke unexpectedly the day before we were meant to be going away. The staff were amazing in helping us to find a car that would suit my disabled husbands needs. They went above and beyond to ensure that we managed to get away on our holiday. Thank you

Very easy to arrange and book my van hire . Responded quickly to a query and prices competitive in my local area. The van I hired and others parked in the lot were in good condition. Will definitely be using the Wakefield branch again.

I recently hired a van from the Dartford branch and from start to finish it was smooth and simple.
The booking process, price, fuel top up system, pre paid toll fees and quality of the van made it a great experience.
A refreshing part of this branch is Sam, the branch owner. He kept things simple, to the point and above all else was happy to help. Top man Top company.

I rented a car from this company, they changed terms so many times i.e. we will give you additional miles over and above your entitlement.
2. They gave me a car that was completely empty on petrol.
3. When I demanded the car be filled with petrol so that I can return it with same amount of petrol they said I should put 24 pound, I told them I was travelling two hour distance they said I could put more they would refund the difference I needed to just show receipt of petrol. I put 40 pound worth of petrol and returned the car with just above a quarter tank and they refused to refund and all of a sudden told me I had driven 20 miles more and they are taking quarter tank petrol for that yet it was not their conditions.
4. The car had many fault lights, i.e. front passenger airbag light, all tire pressure fault and there was no guide anywhere on the car to show how much air tyres to be pumped to. Plus additional orange engine light on.
5. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, unreliable and cheats and will never use their company ever again. I just wonder how they got this rating to defraud unsuspecting customers. Be careful

We needed to hire a luton van at quite short notice to clear a property. I called the Wakefield branch and Farooq was really helpful and managed to book me a van to collect (even coming in on his day off) on the Sunday. The van was almost new and in great condition and perfect for what we needed. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future and would 100% recommend.

I used the Burnley branch. Fantastic people and business. Honestly couldn't do enough to help me. Cheapest around too. Would have no problem recommending these guys to my friends and family.

We rented from the Wakefield location which was just 1 block from the train station, very convenient! The car was ready and waiting for us the minute we arrived. Not only was the representative efficient but friendly and helpful. There were no hidden fees and no pressure to upgrade. He had all the paperwork ready so that there was no delay in getting on the road to our vacation. When we returned, he had us processed in record time! I would heartily recommend this company.

Hired a van to move my daughter from Norwich back to New Milton Hampshire the van was older than my car at 2006 plate with over 170,000 Mike's on the clock a few dents and dirty inside and out ( my own work lorry is cleaner) saying that it got me there and back in the same day! Whilst I was on route I had a phone call from the office asking me if it was possible to return the van the same day as it was booked to go out early the next morning I did as I was asked I
I returned the van at gone 10pm that night putting the keys in the keysafe, with the same amount of fuel that I started with.
It states on the hire agreement that the deposit of £250 would be held for 10 days then returned after that period it's now 14 days and after asking 3 times already still Nothing! I did them a favour by retuning it the same day and walking home! You would think the hire agreement would be honoured? After reading some reviews, it's seems the boss likes holding on to people's deposits! Update deposit returned now only a couple of days late many thanks

Wakefield branch were brilliant , very helpful and the prices were good also.

Marble Arch Depot were unable to provide my reserved van at short notice (due to my reserved van being involved in an accident). They offered a much larger replacement which didn't work for me. Instead of looking to find me a replacement from within the Practical network, I was told they are franchisees and I would need to call around myself. This was for a house move so completely left me in the lurch the night before the move. The lack of customer service was the worst I have seen from a rental agency.

The Wakefield branch is always friendly and helpful. I've never had any problems or complaints with their service.

The guys at the sittingbourne centre were both extremely helpful and willing to help out with even the smallest of my concerns. Very good car on offer, was a new hyundai tuscon which was available at a really short notice at a good price. Thanks again

I only have to email my requirements and they reply in a timely manner. Cars are delivered/collected on time. They communicate any adjustments, which are few. They always try to help , even at short notice.

101% excellent service throughout from booking to returning the Car. Wayne was very professional and answered all my questions. He has a great team in the office and I hope the business down there will go from strength to strength. Would highly recommend this company over the likes of Enterprise, Europcar and Thrifty.
