Van Rental with Washington Branch
We booked a Van for a day to Move house with the Washington Branch and they were lovely and extremely helpful throughout! Got a van booked the same day and was alot cheaper than anywhere else I was quoted.
The van was extremely clean and drove like a dream.

Unexpected holiday car required due to that morning's breakdown..
We recently had to hire a car from the cramlington branch. We were due to go on holiday and our car broke down 20 minutes into our journey. Fortunately cramlington office had a car available. The guy on reception was lovely. Explained the controls etc. was happy for me to take photos of any existing scratches etc. we were asked to return the car by 2pm a week later. A different guy on reception but again lovely. He appreciated that we'd washed and cleaned the car out ( I assumed this would be standard, but apparently not). This firm were a godsend and enabled us to enjoy our holiday when I thought we may not be able to go. Thank you.

I have been dealing with the Stockton branch of Practical Car Hire for a few years now and have always found them to be very efficient and professional, the cars are always clean and tidy and I just can't fault the service.

Excellent Service from Practical Cramlington, been hiring from them for business for > 3 years. Ronnie is very helpful/supportive in meeting my business needs. Often we have last minute requirements for either new hires or extensions to a current hires, which can be challenging at times but Ronnie has been able to support. Clear upfront pricing and timely invoicing.

Daughter moving house
Daughter moving house, as usual solicitors gave us very little notice but Ronnie at Cramlington branch not only managed to get me a LWB van but one with a tail lift, made the move so much easier. Fantastic service from the lads at Cramlington !!!

Hiring a car from Practical
Renting a vehicle from Practical I thought was going to be a pain, I went down to my local branch in Stockton-on-Tees, spoke with Rachel who is really helpful and well mannered. I was out of there in the time she said it would take with a car that I really liked.
I wouldn't use any other car hire company now, thanks Rachel.
