This is the second occasion we have dealt with the Cramlington branch, on both occasions they have made the process seamless. Ronnie was so helpful in person, via email & on the phone (booking from Australia can be a challenge) The vehicles, we hired two this time, were late models, clean & full of fuel ready to go. I would definitely recommend & I will be using this branch again.

i have had used Washington branch on a few occasions and find all the staff very helpful. A great service with a can-do attitude. Cath and John will always go that bit further to make sure all requirements are met.

We have been using the Washington Branch for around 7-8 years now and cannot fault the staff there, they are extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile
