Good service and enjoyable to use
I have always received good service although I know the fees are high compared with other platforms. The app is easy to negotiate and I consider the higher fees are probably worth it if you get good customer service. I have only recently started to understand what stocks and shares are all about, although I have been invested in a small way for years. Looking back I can see I have been well looked after despite my ignorance, and now I am understanding and enjoying using the app. Thank you :0)

Abismal customer service
After raising a complaint against our advisor due to poor communication and failure to respond to emails and calls, once again the same issues have arisen. The advisor offers false promises and fails to follow up every single time. No response to either emails or voicemails. Very poor customer service for such a large organisation

I was directed to Quilter by my financial advisor and I have been more than satisfied with every aspect of their service so far. Their email communications are excellent. The app is fantastic everything you need and more. I had the need to contact Quilter direct with a question and they were very friendly, professional and efficient. Security being a major factor which I was very pleased about.

Responsive and thoughtful
Last week, we visited London, which allowed me to post my change-of-address details and the tax declaration document needed when you move to a different country. I called to ask for the form and the team sent it over immediately and wished me a great stay. Awesome to have such a responsive and thoughtful team at Quilter!
